I called in to order a couple hoagies. She had a very hard time understanding what a garden cheesesteak/California cheesesteak was even though it’s on the menu so I explained what it was just in case she was confused… pretty basic lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, cheese, steak bun. So I live just about a mile down the street from this place yet when I tried to give him my address to have it delivered they had no idea where I was at and was again having a hard time finding me so I decided to just run and pick them up instead. I ran down to pick them up I got to talking with another customer in the place AND I didn’t check my food before I left. I get home. I have a cheesesteak with cheese sauce and steak. Nowhere in my order did I want sauce on anything. So I again called and questioned what happened to the lettuce, tomato and onions and this time I got the owner and he said that the girl at the front is new. She’s just learning I said OK that’s fine. I get it but now I cannot run down to pick up the hoagies again. Can you just deliver them? Sure, not a problem he brought them up about 40 minutes later which wasn’t an issue dropped them off they leave. I open the boxes. There’s no MAYO ZERO NONE on the 2 California cheesesteak hoagies so I called down just to ask what happened again and he told me don’t worry about the mayonnaise. You’re gonna love these hoagies. There’s just a little tiny bit on the bun. You’re not even gonna be able to see it but you’re gonna love it anyway I also put some oil and vinegar on the side for you I got nowhere with these people. Who the hell puts oil and vinegar on a garden cheese cheesesteak? I wasted 25 bucks. I don’t have mayonnaise here at work that I can just magically put on…. Needless to say I won’t be stopping or calling here ever again.

Not sure what happened to this place but I’ll never go again. Not even edible. Chicken hoagie, sliced up tenders deep fried leads to oil filled meat and burned edges. Absolutely gross. Go elsewhere.

They take orders for delivery and have no driver. Ordered food an hour before my break to be delivered at a certain time, never received my food. And the person on the phone just kept saying ten more minutes.

A man next to me had his order messed up the way they treated him was totally disrespectful YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!!!! If you noticed I walked out after seeing how you gave the man a hard time and how you laughed when he left. Ok so where do i begin.
I ordered chicken wings w bbq sauce
1 small pizza w pineapple and ham
And a jack daniels cheeseburger
And it arrived at 840-845
First of all the young lady who was taking orders over the phone is insisting that she repeated my order when i am 100 percent sure about what i ordered.
I even tried calling and being extremely polite and mentioning how I understand things are hard for first responders during the covid crisis going on. I mentioned this because i appreciate the hard work going on from our first responders.
So i opened my order. Sodas were missing.The chicken wings were extremely old. I have pictures for proof. I Offered to show the manager and was denied ability to show what i was referring to. Only being told that i was basically lying.
I was sent an order of chicken tenders w fries I NEVER ORDERED!
The burger was edible ,but when you hear jack daniels cheeseburger you imagine something savory and with flavor not just burger bun cheese some sauce…
The fries came in aluminum foil and therefore extremely soggy. No ketchup,napkins, forks, or other utensils.
Asked to speak with the manager, After being told by the cashier that i was lying about the chicken. I offered to send a picture to the manager to see the chicken wings but was told that there was no way to send chicken wings back and i would just have to take them. They did however offer to refund the chicken tenders and French fries even though i never ordered them. I sent both back. After i mentioned that i was gonna be leaving a review on google maps and was told by the manager that i was acting childish and that only a child would leave a review on Google and then i was hung up on. Now for those who kept track of my order and are wondering how the pizza w pineapple and ham was.. it wasnt bad.. i slighty enjoyed that atleast. Now hopefully management enjoys this review. Unfortunately i had to resort to being childish as you stated in order to prove my point.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered, the food has taken close to an hour to be ready when I was told 20-30 minutes on the phone before heading down to pick it up. After waiting nearly an hour for the last order I’ll ever place, I found out when I got home that the order was incorrect. The food is good, but it’s not worth the recent price increases or never knowing if your food will actually be ready when they say it will.
Edit: due to a snowstorm, I broke down and ordered again hoping things really have changed. They did not. Delivery took over an hour. I put instructions on the order to leave it on my porch. I have three excitable dogs, so it’s difficult to get out the door without any getting onto the porch. The driver knocked 3 separate times in 5 minutes. When I asked why it wasn’t just left, she said “well, I didn’t read those instructions”. Ordered a pizza with half anchovies, and it had literal chunks of what was not anchovies, but what I believe was smoked herring.
This place is the worst and only remains open because there’s virtually nowhere else in Mahanoy City to get food.
