Doors locked 9:45pm when lobby said to be open until 11. But 2 employees sitting outside employee door talking about personal stuff. Drive through was fast but got home and found out why. All food undercooked and not edible minus the fries which were burning hot but overcooked. Double quarter pounder cooked to medium at best which can’t trust from McDonalds

I usually get lunch at this location, both dine in and drive through, and though I have the occasional issue, they are usually happy to fix it for me. The inside of the store has always been quite clean, and the workers are reasonably friendly. My toddler is disappointed that there’s not a play place, which is the main reason this isn’t our go-to location, but that’s nobody’s fault. The prices are also slightly higher than my preferred location in Riverstone, but again, I imagine that’s a corporate issue, not something any of the workers can change.
Overall, I think this is a perfectly fine McDonald’s, and I’ll continue going there.

Horrible experience, made me wait for 20mins and saw the bag fall down on the floor , she went back in for a couple mins and brought it right back with all items loose in the bag , it was obvious she didn’t change it .

I ordered 2 sausage eggs and cheese mcgrittles and neither had SAUSAGE. I’m pregnant and just wanted breakfast, im beyond upset considering I made a 40 dollar order and they refunded me 2 dollars. Make it make sense and make it right.

This location has great food but I don’t recommend eating in. More than half the tables were dirty with leftover trash and food on them, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Also there’s no napkins or condiments of any type out where you can get them yourself – you have to ask for literally every little thing. Not a very convenient experience.

Typical McDonald’s visit not sure why I went back after not going for almost 2 years. The food is nothing like the menu and the service was crappy as usual. The guy taking money in drive thru was to busy carrying on a conversation with a girl, felt that it was more important than telling a customer thank you, have a nice day etc..
I asked for extra sauce at the next window. Prepared to pay glad she didn’t ask for payment there wasn’t even any sauce in there in the first place.
Bought the smokehouse burger. Was nothing like the menu. I would have been better off buying a dollar cheeseburger. I got 1 half piece of bacon, a tiny half piece of onion ring and regular mustard the menu made it sound like it was a sweet spicy mustard. The burger was so dried out I literally choked it down.
After 2 years of not going to McDonald’s and deciding to give them another chance with all their real meat commercials it was not to my surprise that it was another failed visit.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions. The order was ready as soon as I got to the window. That seemed strange since I didn’t want onions. I didn’t check it before pulling away.
The fries were old and cold. And one burger had nothing on it, just plain. The other one they scraped the onions off of it. Both burgers were old and cold.
It was 20 minutes before and the girl was just being lazy.
It was a waste of time and money.
