Ordered a pizza using my debit card, got a text 50 minutes later saying order had been canceled. The next day the charge of 49.19 was still showing on my account. I co tacted the store and was told they are aware and I will be reimbursed in 3 to 5 business days, that was 14 days ago. I think the next call I make will be to an attorney.

The store is very nasty. The workers do not care if someone walks in to order and they leave you just standing up front while they are messing off in the back. Not my husband but another customer while he was waiting. The pizza was hot at least. The topping were wrong but Ive worked all day and just dealt with it. Payed almost 10 dollars for a salad for 2 thats actually only for one person and 1 piece of ham and one piece of salami cut into 4 pieces and 3 tomatoes. Very disappointed we payed 35 dollars for a 1 person salad and a pizza with wrong toppings. Should have read reviews on this place. What a waste of money and time.. The only reason for 2 stars is it was edible.

When I walked in the store, the floor was sticky, and the employees were so busy playing around with one another, that they ignored myself and the other person that was in there for a considerable amount of time.
The person that was in there spoke up to them multiple times, and eventually left and what seemed like frustration.
The employees were drinking over the toppings that they were placing on pizza, and throwing toppings at each other in play.
There was a woman with green hair that came up from the back at one point, I tried to get her attention, and while she looked right at me, she ignored me and turned and walked away.
After 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, I ended up leaving without my pizza, that I had already paid for online.
Fortunately my credit card company has my back.

I’m not sure who the young lady in charge was but Monday August 25th we ordered Uber… The driver arrived, took the food and left without confirmation and never brought our food. Uber sent a second and then a third driver.. We called the restaurant on the third driver and even though the problem is through Uber they decided to remake our meal and luckily the Uber driver waited and brought it to us. Whoever it was I just want to say thank you you didn’t have to do that it was right at closing time!
