First visit and was highly impressed. It has a very warm and welcoming interior, spacious and clean. The restroom were very lovely, even smelling good!!
The chips were brought with salsa and a Mexican white ranch type dip. It was different and my only negative was that the chips tasted old and were not served fresh and warm( ♀️)
The enchiladas were great and a good sized portion.
Pricing was not great but typical.

This restaurant is the former Greshville Inn now renovated and serving Mexican cuisine. We gathered for lunch after an event and we were pleased with the service, the food and the ambience! It did take a while for our food but to be fair, our party consisted of over 20 people so that was to be expected. While we waited we enjoyed chips, salsa, queso and ordered the table-side guacamole which was excellent!! When our entrees arrived they were hot and fresh and very tasty! My only criticisms are the restrooms and parking lot. When the new owners have the financial capability, the parking lot should be repaired and re-paved, and the restrooms need to be expanded and modernized (they’re both very cramped and dated).

Wow. What a nice surprise. We decided to go on a rainy Sunday in the hopes it wouldn’t be as crowded as it usually is, and it was just right! We were seated right away. Every single person we interacted with was very nice, professional, and very comfortable to chat with! We ordered our drinks which came out pretty fast. Very tasty with the perfect balance of alcohol to fruit juice! We also got the table side guacamole and everyone should treat themselves to this. Not only was the guacamole excellent but the young man who made it was pretty amazing with his tools! Entertaining!
We each ordered a tacos dish so we could share and then we’re both amazing. We couldnt believe how tasty the beans were!! took leftovers home and my husband had them for lunch today!

I can’t recall a time when I wanted to order every cocktail on the menu, but at this place I did! I decided on the Miami Vice. It was delicious! My husband had the chimichangas and I had Baja fish tacos. I thought they could have used a but more of the Chipotle sauce, but they were fantastic. This is also the first time that the rice and black bean side was actually worth eating. Most places I leave half of it, but here it was tasty and I finished it all! My husband thought his beef was a little tough. It takes me forever to chew meat normally so I can’t say if it was or not. Our waitress was super nice. We would love to return to try more items!

We came on the first Friday of the week they opened. We were fortunate to get there early, around 4:30 p.m., shortly before they were filled to capacity. When we left an hour later, there were approximately a dozen people waiting outside and the parking lot was full. We had frequented the previous restaurant that was at this address and were very pleased to see the work that Plaza Azteca put into upgrading and renewing this property. Mostly booth seating, rustic and clean atmosphere, well lit. Everyone was extremely polite and kind. Mexican music was playing over the speakers. The selection of authentic Mexican food is great. I had the Birria Tacos stuffed with beef birria, queso Chihuahua, chopped onions and cilantro and served with birria style beef broth for dipping. Excellent slow-cooked beef bursting with flavor. Highly recommended! My wife had Mixed Fajitas with Chicken and Steak. They came out sizzling on an iron plate and were cooked to perfection. I had a Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita and it was excellent. They have a sizeable list of margarita choices. The only drawback is that there is no description beneath each choice so if the title of the drink isn’t obvious, you don’t know what the ingredients are or what to expect. That could be better in my opinion. Overall, excellent experience. Get there early, especially on a Friday night. The parking lot fills quickly and can be difficult to navigate when overflowing.

The Plaza Azteca did a wonderful job of freshening up the outside, the dining area and new upscale bar area to have a cocktail while you wait for friends. My dinner partner and I were seated quickly. Drinks came even quicker. Great selection on Tequila menu, tequila drinks. The skinny margherita and house Marguerita were our choices, and satisfied our expectations.
The authentic mexican menu was spot on. Our server, Pillar was patient as we made our choices. Pillar made recommendations. I had the whitefish and shrimp platter over rice. So much food, we could not finish. Happy to take leftovers home. My companion had traditional beef, chicken shrimp fajitas piping hot on a skillet with a side of rice and beans. Also available is fresh tableside quacamole service.
We will go back for seconds. I highly recommend this clean and refreshing authentic Mexican restaurant.

Daughter wanted authentic Mexican so I we found this place. Atmosphere was ok considering we were in Trump territory Felt a little uneasy with some of the other diners we like to talk and laugh while dining out but felt like we were too loud …… Food was good but not my cup of tea . 1 and done for us.

Food: 3.5/5 stars. I ordered the Burrito Mex and it was a solid amount of food for the price. Pretty good and tasty overall but I only gave 3 stars here because there were way too many onions in it for my liking. The onions themselves tasted great but overall it was also too greasy.
Service and staff: 5/5 stars. We were seated with no wait. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. My brother spilled his drink and they were around to clean it up and replace the drink in about 5 minutes which was really good time considering that the restaurant was pretty busy.

Awesome restaurant. Beyond excited that there was a vegan item available. Ordered the vegan bowl which had so many delicious ingredients, faux meat and vegan cheese you guys rock, and the cucumber jalapeno margarita. Both were delicious and the staff was great too.

Ordered at 5:30. Food came out at 5:38 . 3 meals . I personally had the chicken and steak fried rice. And I consider myself a bottomless pit . The amount of food that came out was very impressive. Worth every penny plus some. This photo attached was after eating for 10 minutes .
