Ordered ahead, took fifteen minutes to get there and still had to wait 15 minutes in a drive thru stall because supposedly the steak takes longer to cook. My location service is turned on for the app, so should have been started when I got close.
Then, sitting in the parking lot at work hastily eating my breakfast before I clocked in, I discovered that the steak and egg biscuits I’d ordered didn’t have any eggs on them.
Looked at the business listing, and there’s not even a phone number to call and complain.

Maybe I’ll try again in a few months after they’ve been open longer .

Never disappoint with screwing your food order up and waiting in a line forever. Can’t ever make a plain cheeseburger like its easier then putting everything on them! Not hard.

Had to walk in to get more order when I was sitting at parking spot. They were too busy to bring me my food. I had to walk in a found it had been sitting for quite some time. Shake was on the warmers side and the whip cream and melted into the shake. Never again.

Feels VERY unwelcoming and makes me feel more like a problem then a customer. It does even COMPARE too have friendly and warm the staff are at the state st and 2nd street location! It’s worth the drive just to go too the other locations! Avoiding this one for SURE!

Not sure what has changed with this location. The first couple months it was truly fast food. Get your food in 10min or less. Tonight ordered my food on the app and was in the drive thru at 523pm with about 4-5 cars in front of me. I didn’t move one car spot for over 15min. I eventually had to leave the line to get to work by 6pm at 550pm. You’d think it would be fast and wouldn’t take 25+min for a cheeseburger. I could’ve sat down for sit in dining and got my food faster. So wasted $12 on food I never got. I still never even made it to the window to get my food. It took them 25+min to only get food to 4 vehicles.

This McDonalds location sucks!!!
Last Sunday, my boyfriend and I placed a mobile order for two frappes and fries. When he arrived, he was told the frappe machine was being cleaned — after the order was already placed and paid for. The app would not let me cancel, the store told us to use the app, and customer service told us to contact the store. We were sent in circles and never received a refund. Instead, we were given coupons.(that won’t even cover frappes )
Fast forward to today — we came back to the same location to use those coupons (big mistake). The manager initially refused to accept them because they weren’t signed, which is an internal issue and not the customer’s fault. After explaining why we even had the coupons in the first place, they were finally accepted.
Then the problems continued:
The fries were missing from the bag
We had to drive back around
My child’s plain cheeseburger was made incorrectly
We had to go through the drive-thru again
There was confusion at the window and lack of communication
By the time everything was resolved, our food was cold
I’ve never made a bad review ever & hate to complain but oh my!— it was a pattern of poor service, miscommunication, and lack of accountability. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters, and this location consistently dropped the ball.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers shouldn’t have to work this hard to get what they paid for.

Me and boyfriend were traveling and we stopped to get dinner.
It was a good place to get food for a quick grab since it’s open 24/7.

I ordered a simple burger with JUST the beef, cheese and ketchup, but it came with onions which i did not ask to be on it but nothing seriously bad, mistakes happen.

The staff were very friendly and the service was amazing!
Talked about where we were from and talked about the weather.
Juanita was very amazing to us and took care of us!

Terrible!!! Why is the service so bad being such a new facility! Waited over 30 mins for one meal! Of top of that my large fries look like someone’s been eating out of it! Get it together ! This is horrible!
