We were visiting Dowagiac for few days and tried the Saylor’s pizza a few times considering there are not many options around. The pizza is surprisingly good. It’s a interesting mix between a hand toss and new York style pizza. The store is located on the downtown strip. Parking is relatively easy to find. A special shout-out to Jared for his great customer service and making sure he takes of the special requests put in for our order. The 1 topping pizza pickup deal is super good value for money. Highly recommend this place!

I was throwing a birthday party & was unsure how many to get. The staff member helped me figure it out. I asked suggestions on what kinds to get & the kinds he choose was a huge hit at the party (not something I would normally order, but it was delicious). The quality of the pizza was amazing. All pizzas were accurate. He even helped me carry them to the car. Definitely worth it!

Ordered 4 16″ pizzas for lunch. Pizza was good. When I ordered she said 10 minutes. That was fast, and was still hot when I arrived back in Cassopolis with it. My team enjoyed the pizza. Not much left. Did not eat in, staff was friendly and quick.

Got my food delivered.
They gave me 1 chicken dinner.
The other one had no roll and Mozzarella sticks.
I called back to tell them, I was cool. I just wanted them to know the mistake.
The manager got on the phone and said he took the order and that I ordered Mozzarella sticks NOT onion rings.
And was instantly nasty.
I was like just fix the mistake next time.
No big deal.
He proceeded to get nasty claiming HE DIDN’T MAKE A MISTAKE.
I’m like dude,it’s not that big of a deal.
Unlike the last order I had delivered the driver gave me a guilt trip because I didn’t have a tip. Was telling me he works 3 jobs, his wife has brain cancer and on Hospice.
“But it’s ok if you can’t tip “
I’m living in a hotel, this was the last money I had for food for the WEEK!!! And it’s crappy food, and I’m getting guilt tripped by the delivery driver!!?? Middle aged guy, thin mustache, little beard, chunky , nice dress shirt. Grayish hair kinda long, mullet style.
I’m sorry, it’s rough out here for everyone.
I wasn’t complaining that YOU REPEATEDLY MESS UP MY ORDERS AND I NEVER SAY ANYTHING.
AND the one time I do and this is how the manager acted!!!???
It was 2:23pm on September 21 2024. He hung up on me after the first time he told me HE DIDN’T MAKE A MISTAKE.
As a good manager you should know customer ALWAYS RIGHT.
Even if they aren’t sometimes.
But in this case.
I am right.
I ordered Onion Rings not mozzarella sticks.
So 2 chicken strip baskets.
-1 roll
And Mozzarella sticks cost 31$.
The menu says the chicken strip dinners are 9.49$
Mozzarella sticks 3.99
I will NEVER order food from you AGAIN.
And I’ve been quite for years about your BAD service.
And borderline horrible food.
ASHLEY’S IS SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER.
TOO BAD THEY DON’T DELIVER.
