This was a totally disappointing experience.
While the staff was friendly and there were no issues with their overall performance, it was the lack of value in the items we ordered that ruined our meal.
The nain issues were with our order of the largest size Ranch Hand Steak bowl with extra protein and the loaded queso.
The meat portion and “extra protein” was not consistent with a typical “large” portion that had extra protein added.
As for the loaded queso, it was overly spicy while also being watery.
Even the small Ranch Hand Steak bowl we ordered was underwhelming.
Given the cost of our meal we were left feeling we were “paying for the brand” instead of getting a good value for a quality meal.
On top of all this, it was obvious there is definitely added sodium in their meat, queso, and chips. So for those who are sensitive to excess sodium this is definitely a place to avoid.
If the staff had not been as nice as they were this would have easily been a “zero star” experience and meal.

We put in an order for delivery. We ordered for 5 people. Everything arrived as ordered. They did forget one of the sauces we ordered. Other than that, the food was very tasty. I will definitely return.

I cannot remember the last time I went ANY where and received “above and beyond” service, until tonight. The manager was kind and patient with me, helping me through my order and ensuring everything was correct.
The food was really good. It took me about 20 minutes to get home with it, and it was still warm. Nothing was dried out or was “crusty” (like stale or just yeck…). The spice was the perfect amount, for me. But, could have made it more or less so, if I had adjusted the ingredients.
If you haven’t ever been, think Chipotle, but with more options, better service, and even better food that is more affordable. We got 3 adult entreees, 2 kids meals, 3 drinks, 2 chips with large queso, and 3 cookies – the total was around $45. Very reasonable, compared to what we normally pay for (good) food for dinner.

Visited the Freebirds in Hutto, and wow, what a great vibe! The place is super chill and perfect for grabbing a bite with friends or just hanging out.
I went for one of their burritos, and it was amazing! You get to pick all your favorite toppings, and everything tasted so fresh. Seriously, I could eat there all the time.
