Tech Ridge Cafe is located inside Dixie Technical College. Our cafe has mouth watering options for lunch from 10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday. We even have weekly specials prepared by our world class culinary students. The view alone is worth a visit. While here be sure to take a peak through the culinary windows to see our students learning how to be a world class Chef in our hands-on kitchen. Ask us how you can become a Chef or get trained in any of our 26 other accredited career focused programs. We also offer limited availability for catering and special events.

Best burger in town and the best value. Burger was big, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Brioche role was soft and the garnishes were all fresh. The burger comes with a massive bowl of seasoned regular and sweet potato crisp fries. The cafe is staffed by students which is cool because you get great food while supporting the next generation of chefs and hospitality industry professionals.

Simple lunch spot but food was amazing. I had Chef’s special (battered cod with 3 seasoned fries, side of creamed tomato soup). One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Portions were perfect— filling but not huge. Will definitely go again.
