This was an impromptu stop as we were charging our Tesla Nextdoor and they had an advertisement over there, so we decided to give it a try. The food was good and they make it fresh. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. It’s kinda a cool concept that they put cinnamon and sugar in their crust around the edges and serve it with an icing dipping sauce “so you can have dessert after your pizza”. Although the sauce kinda gets in there too and for me personally didn’t pair great, but in the kinda person that doesn’t like my foods to touch (so that’s on me). Customer service was great! They noticed we were walking out with a huge box of pizza, knowing we had eaten it there and offered us a smaller box, which was great being that we were on a long road trip and didn’t really have a bunch of extra space for 3 pieces of pizza. They also have a cute little coffee shop in there which sadly was closed (due to the time of day).

The last time we were here was 2013 with our kids, on the way home from Yellowstone. We just happened upon this place then, but the pizza was so good that my husband and I stopped here again on our way back from another road trip. We waited 1.5 hours for it to open, and I ended up having a great chat with the owner while we waited for our order. What makes this pizza so amazing is the non-traditional dough and the cinnamon crust which you dip in the side of frosting. IT’S SO GOOD! Murdo is a small town, and this place was an unexpected find that will always keep us coming back!

The cinnamon crust was a fun twist. We needed something to eat late on a Sunday and nothing besides subway was open. We tried prairie pizza. We got the Cattlebaron and the Oasis. They looked and tasted the same. It did what we needed late at night but it wasn’t something I would go back for.

June 5th 2022. The family rates the pizza a 7/10. We had a garlic cheese pie and a meat lovers pizza. Staff was super friendly and we had fast service. Pizza crust has cinnamon on it and they give you icing to put on it. So you always get dessert with your meal.

This is the kind of pizza that you will either love or hate, if you don’t mind having a little bit of sweet to go with your savory, then you will like this place. So basically their pizza is normal except for the crust on the end which has cinnamon sugary stuff mixed in with it, then they give you a bottle of liquid icing to go ahead and slather on the top to finish it off. Personally I am a savory salty fan and not much so of the sugar end of the spectrum, so it was far from my favorite. I would much rather have a cheese stuffed crust with a side of marinara to dip it in with. But each to their own. But really the main reason why we stopped, because it was the closest restaurant to our Tesla supercharger while we were on our way home.

Not bad! Hotel recommended this. Also same owner as hotel haha I get the negative reviews (which scared me and why I didn’t order wings) and see some truth to them in terms of the pizza style / cheese is quite unique but….. still giving a 5 stars cause I did enjoy the pizza the decor is cute food was made fast and this is like the only restaurant that’s open here after 9 pm. So def recommend giving this place a try and supporting local business – very interesting to have pizza with a cinnamon crust – not my personal preference but fun to try once. There’s cute tables outside so at least you can have a little picnic!

The pizza was burnt. They put on way too much cheese, and it just slid off. You can’t bring any outside drinks, not even a water bottle. They only sell pop. The people serving me had an attitude and were not helpful. And there crust is cinnamon sugar but they don’t tell you. I’ve tried a lot of pizza and this was the worst. I won’t be coming back.

We came in about an hour after they opened on a Sunday. They are the only option in town other than Subway on a Sunday. There were 4 tables with families happily eating their meals inside. When we ordered, the young woman taking our order was very nice. As one of the tables dining in left, my family went to sit at the table. The older woman mumbled something about take out that I didn’t quite hear. As I looked at other tables dining in I figured she must have just asked if my family was taking out. Then I heard her tell the next three customers that they were carry out only because they were too busy. So we were forced to go outside to eat in 20 MPH winds. Strangely there were 0 cars in the lot when we left. The pizza was tasty but strange with the cinnamon crust. My advice? If you really want pizza expect to get it to go. Advice for the establishment? Maybe try understanding you are in a service industry and you will have busy times but that does not require to close the four little tables you have indoors. Nothing says I don’t want customers like telling them they aren’t welcome.
