I ordered the Drukenmaster class and received a basic pepperoni pizza. The pizza was still tasty, but how does one screw up an order when I’m the only person in the restaurant. I still ate the pizza, but incredibly disappointed.
Also I asked the worker which pizza was better and he says “I’m not sure. I don’t like tomatoes”.
Overall very off putting.

I was bummed today because I ordered an 18” pie and it looks like I got an undersized pie (it may be a bit hard to tell but there’s a lot of room in the box, basically a 16” pizza). Zalat pizza is always delicious, and generally was very consistent and trusted, but just missed the mark today. Hoping for better in the future.
Otherwise was a delicious pie, which I wanted more of.

You said the food was ready, yet proceeded to make me wait 10 minutes, because the food was in fact, NOT ready nor packed.
Terrible service…you make your customers feel like dirt.

Not sure about the rest of the reviews that were posted here , but my order was an exceptional!!!! It’s been a really long time that someone could surprise me with an amazing pizza (look and taste). A few days ago I’ve tried the same pizza in Dallas location and I didn’t like it all. However I decided to give it another try locally near the house in Allen location. I placed online order and came to pick it up shortly . It took me some time to get back home and pizza wasn’t piping hot , BUT let me tell you .. it was AMAZING!!!! at least mine was!!! Absolutely going to return!!!

This Pizza is really good my opinion especially if you like crispy pizza & the toppings are very fresh. My husband unfortunately didn’t care for this pizza due it being too crispy for him.

Pizza is delicious and their signature sauce “Sirancha” is the best thing I’ve ever tasted on pizza. It’s like crack cocaine in food form. The guys that work at this location are really helpful and cool too. #addicted

First time ordering from this establishment, i love all the different options they have , i got the basil pizza with beef pepperoni it was a 8/10, i wish the pizza had more sauce to balance out all the cheese and pepperoni. I will def be back to try out other pizzas
