Horrible customer service, the lady behind the counter had an attitude.
She asked if she could help so i said i was waiting on a doordash order n she snapped at me n said it was still being prepared n itll be a while
It was already late so i didnt say anything but when she treated the next gentleman worse than me, n he was actually ordering food, i realized she just needs to be fired
I understand customer aint always right but you snapping before anyone has a chance to mess up

Went there at 6:34. Was denied food because they already cleaned the grill. This is bs. Something needs to be done in regard to these employees, as a customer should be able to order whatever they want while they are open. The workers shouldn’t be refusing customers orders just because they are too lazy to clean the grill after the store is closed. I had a big order that would have given them great sales, so instead I took my business elsewhere. Don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. Hopefully the gm or owner will do something in regards to these lazy workers. Because like I said this is bs.

I LOVE the old classic diner feeling this place has! The staff is always super nice and the food is phenominal! I always get a double burger with a fries and shake (unless it’s fish fry and if you like fish fry get the fried catfish ) the prices are really reasonable too. It’s a have to stop, you get your food just as fast as pulling up at a Culver’s. Quick, easy, and delicious. You can’t go wrong!

The menu prices posted on the drive through menu are incorrect. 1-2$ more than posted which is ridiculous. Worker was nice but how hard is to change menu prices, seems illegal or misleading. Worker even said most people don’t notice their total is more. Would not recommend this place.

Avoid picking up ice cream in the drive thru – they gave us an already melting banana split in a cardboard container!?!
Trying to order online is a lost cause. Either it doesn’t go through (but the charge does), or the app prompts you to schedule for a future date – even when the store is open!

The appetizers were really good, the sales were good but the burgers were not. The burgers were over cooked, and had a long hair in my food as I got through a couple of bites. Will have to stay away from this place for a little bit. Which is unfortunate since this was my first time experience.

Loved it! I recommend going inside because it’s really cutely decorated. The staff was kind and fun. There weren’t many other customers, so my friend and I got served pretty quick. I got a chicken burger and it was delicious; I’d definitely recommend it. The ice cream portion was smaller than my liking, but then again, I did order a small, so I can’t really complain. The cherries are really good too!

Service: never seem to get my order correct—hmmm.
Atmosphere: background music is mix of songs by white and black artist. However, the decor—pictures on walls—in my opinion, is only inviting to the white race. Have not seen anyone of color eating at establishment.
