Exactly what it says…its a Family restaurant. The service was good and the pizza was great! We had the pepperoni and sausage…and can feed two (maybe three). Only negative, the plates were sliding around on the table because of the glass cover…leaving the table cloths exposed may make the plates a little more user friendly. Overall, not a bad experience…would definitely return.

Great pizza, very tasty and different from Pizza Hut & Peter Piper in El Paso, TX. I needed the change in flavor and got it. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was delicious. The restaurant it self was cozy & clean. Our server Robin was friendly and attentive. Yes, I will go back and recommend this place to my friends & family.

Waited over 45 minutes for a pizza as there was one chief. Lady in charge so rude shouting at nice young waitress for taking 8 minutes to get drinks out to table next to us! Got no apology for the length of time it took for the pizza. Kids were already asleep by the time it arrived. Very stressful atmosphere as waitresses are on edge as moody boss is always watching them so they are asking every 3 minutes if we need anything else… Crust too hard but pizza ok. Salad is nothing special and lasagna gross. Will not go back unless it’s under new management.

Pizza is horrible. Bread is similar to Subway but with a hard surface which is difficult to chew. Tomato sauce has no spices or flavor other than cooked tomato – very sour. Toppings had no taste. This is the worst Pizza I have ever had, and I am in my 50’s.

After visiting several times and thinking it was passable for Italian food in a primarily mexican/texas location, this last time the pene was mushy and watery. I politely told the waitress and she said she was sorry several times, did not offer to exchange it, did not offer a credit or even a free cannoli. we went to pay and the manager/owner said she didnt know about it till we paid so she couldnt do anything about it. I told her it was the waitress’ job to tell her it was no good and she agreed. Said she would tell the chefs. Yet she still charged me a ridiculous $15.95, not discount no apology. Don’t eat there. You want better italian, get Barrillas in the frozen food section or get a jar of ragu, it will be 100% better and you dont have to deal with the idiots. Oh, so I said something to her in italian and she just stared – turns out the owner is Mexican.

my family has been getting the pizza here on tuesdays for years, and have always enjoyed the food and service, but the last couple times we have ordered the service was just absolutely horrible. i had to wait an hour for my pizza last time, which was the last time. sorry michelena’s no more business from me or mine.

Very expensive for pretty good food. If you get a pizza make sure you order with extra sauce, they don’t put enough of it on. It is also VERY expensive. $2.25 for a cup of milk with no refills!

Spaghetti with meatballs came out cold and by the time they came to check on us it was to late to have it reheated as the rest of us were done eating. They didn’t /wouldn’t take it off our bill.
