Yeah…I guess you don’t need to have common sense to work here. Jimmy John’s Slim 5 is a meat-heavy sandwich containing salami, capicola, and provolone cheese. NOT TURKEY AND CHEESE. Also, when the receipt says 1/2 cut that means…what is it…um…oh yeah. Cut in in HALF!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place, unless you like getting screwed the bad way. Completely pathetic!!!

Got the pesto pasta salad and thought it looked a little separated (old) and went to go look at the date and there is a water mark conveniently on the date. Didn’t care to go ask for a new one, was just grossed out. Glad I ate my other food first and it was good.

I ordered at 11:02am, didn’t receive food till 11:58am. My food was correct, but im guessing they made many, many other deliveries first despite me only being 7min away. My bread is soggy, my lettuce is slimey. I called around 11:50am to ask whwre it was cause my lunch started at 11:30, and the man on the phone could not have cared less. Just said it was out and he had other deliveries. I understand that but when your motto is freaky fast delivery, maybe do that.

Ordered my sandwich a rather close to closing time but it was ready before I was even able to get there and I only live a couple miles away. The sandwich was made well and was actually neatly put together with no topping hanging out of the bread. Customer service provided by Nick, Cam, and Sam was excellent.

DO NOT come here during dinner/lunch hours. I ordered delivery a while back and even tipped generously due to it being rush hour. Not only did my sandwich arrive an hour later, my sandwich was missing toppings along with my chips. I called back to let them know and they couldn’t fix my order along with not crediting me for my missed items/ incorrect order. Don’t order from here unless you’re ready to be disappointed.

Repeated order to me perfectly in the drive thru. Not what we got. No tomatoes ordered, had tomatoes. Ordered the combo w/ chips, no chips. Not freaky fast. They were on the slow side.

Terrible customer service. Have been to my fair share of Jimmy John’s in my life and have always ordered the unwhich which is usually made with a sheet of bib lettuce and wrapped like a burrito. I am on a cross country road trip and have very specific dietary restrictions so it’s usually an easy meal for me to grab on the go but 3 times they remade it with a tiny stiff white piece of iceberg into a boat rather than a wrap. I asked that if that’s not what they call an unwhich at their store….despite that being how every store I’ve been to across 10 states serves them, the workers decided to argue with me and remade it wrong 3 times. We had to further delay our trip by eating the salad bowl in the parking lot rather than being able to jump back on the interstate and get back home to Florida. I’m not usually bothered by waiting a few extra minutes for my order to beade right but to argue that this is how everyone does it when I’m very clearly surprised by the sloppy job and substandard quality of ingredients is wild. At this point I would have rather had my money back and will have to throw much of it away cause they couldn’t cut it in half as I have done at any other store I have been to in the Midwest and east coast.
