This staff is always friendly and they work hard to make sure you’re happy. Today I accidentally ordered TB but sent it to the Republic store on accident. Manager in Aurora said no problem since you already paid we will just make it for you here and not charge you again. To me that speaks volumes as I couldn’t go to Republic to get my order. If you are writing bad reviews here maybe it’s not them, maybe it’s you. They have always treated me great here.

How often do people rate a taco bell other than to complain. But Nov 1st lunch time. Tall slim gentleman working up front. Pretty good guy. I hardly have a good 3 minute conversation with anyone at fast food places but man, I didn’t get him name but I feel like I received good service in general for any type of restaurant. Food is taco Bell food. Good enough not to starve but service A+.

Went to the drive thru, picked up several items. I ordered Tacos, 2 Cantina Chicken Soft Tacos, and 1 of the new Avacado Crispy Chicken tacos.
The tacos were fine. I recieved 2 Avocado Crispy tacos and no Cantina Chicken Sost Tacos.
I also ordered them customized with no tomatoes/ pico. One of the chicken tacos had tomatoes.
They werent bad, but I paid for the more expensive Cantina items.
Taco bell has been doing better about getting orders right, but they still get too many wrong.

Ordered a party pack of tacos made them supreme for an extra $18.99 (that is way overpriced for some tomato and sour cream btw) and they barely even put tomatoes on there. If people r paying that much for it put it on there employee on duty was super nice great customer service tho.
