This is a HIDDEN GEM in San Marcos! The pizza was so delicious that we ended up ordering a second pie, the churro ice cream was very good and creamy.
The place is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Service was great, I Highly recommend this restaurant.

The best pizza in San Marcos!
Stopped in to show some love before the freeze and the owner came out and gave me a sample of their Churro Soft Serve DELICIOUS. He’s always sooo insanely welcoming every-time I see him. You can tell how much he love his business and customers. You can feel the love they exude through their service, the atmosphere and the deliciously simple pizza!!!

Pizza was amazing. I ate a whole pizza and didn’t feel heavy or like I ate too much. Crispy crust, fresh ingredients. Try them when your in San Marcos. Ill definitely be back. Oh and try the ice cream. Different and delicious.

In a college town of San Marcos, TX, there is this quaint pizza place that serves Neapolitan type pizza! It’s tucked in an area that has plenty of eateries typical of a college town.
It has a very young vibe – friendly staff and they serve a churro ice cream and after sampling it, I was ready to eat a pint!
I’d go back there again!

Its a cute restuarant, with good vibes. Prizes are a little more than a chain store but I understand for a small business. For service wise there isnt much since they make you order at the front, pick up your food, and put away your own plates which is no problem but I believe they should turn off the tip option when paying.
The pizza was good but nothing out of the world. I would still choose mod pizza which is similar.
Main reasons for a low review are
1. It took almost an hour to get our pizzas.
2. The napking holders for “pick up after yourself, your mom doesnt work here” I understand the statement and as someone who picks up after myself I still find it rude in the sense that they ask for tips but there isnt any actual service provided that is tip worthy.

genuinely the best pizza i have ever had and you have to try their homemade ranch, i will be thinking about it forever. the staff was incredibly friendly and the place was spotless even though they had just had a lunch rush. was in town from ohio visiting my friend and 10/10 recommend, so glad we chose this pizza spot for our lunch date.

I was in the area looking for a place to eat and read the reviews for this location and let me tell you, the reviews are spot on. Absolutely amazing pizza! I love Grimaldi’s pizza and this place beats that. It will be a MUST stop every time I’m in San Marcos. Def give the churro soft serve ice cream a try. Delicious!

Had the sweetest time at Sylvia’s! Staff was very warm and welcoming and the interior aesthetic is gorgeous. I ordered the nedy and the queen pizza, which were absolutely delicious! The chocolate cinnamon ice cream was amazing as well. 🙂 thanks for the experience!!

Superb pizza! The closest thing to Italian Pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Their crust is the real deal.
Super friendly owners and a very nice space. There is an outdoor a shaded area for seating, as well.
And the only (AFAIK) churro soft serve ice cream in town. Amazing!

Sylvia Pizza is the best pizza in San Marcos! The guys who own this place are amazing. There was a small hole in my boyfriend’s pizza and they offered to remake it for him free of cost, they put a lot of care and integrity into their work. The pizza itself is fresh, authentic, light and delicious and it’s a bonus to have great people on staff. I know numerous people who have nothing but great things to say about these guys and the work they do. Highly recommend!!
