I really appreciate the recent improvement—lately, the smoothies have been spot-on, and I can tell they’re following the measurements posted on the wall. Thank you for the consistency!
That said, I’ve noticed in the past that the quality of my smoothie varied depending on who was preparing it. When the manager is present, everything tastes great. But when another staff member makes it, the smoothie often tastes bland or watered down, almost like it’s missing key ingredients—possibly even the protein. As someone who tips and values consistency, this has been frustrating.
I would love to see all team members follow the standard measurement guide to ensure every customer receives the same high-quality product, regardless of who’s working. If I experience this issue again, I may kindly request to compare the smoothie against the posted measurements. Thank you for taking feedback seriously and for continuing to improve!

Ordered the Strawnana Berry Smoothie and the Passion fruit Cove Smoothie both are delicious and not too sweet like other places around here. Just super refreshing!! Service was very polite and quick. Super recommended it

Came In for the first time ever. Orders açaí strawberry bowl and avacado and eggs toast which when I got the order I didn’t realize it was made with bacon and I’m vegetarian. However I let the two ladies know I’m vegetarian and instead of her remaking my order to correction and or refunding me she kept insisting the bacon wasn’t real and either way I was uncomfortable with eating bacon. I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years so I winded up throwing away the food right at the front counter and walking out

Overpriced . Ridiculous overpriced.
Robeks increased their prices 100%.
2 smoothies and 2 small bowls of smoothie with 4 banana’s slices and a very tiny scoop of peanut butter all for $50.
I used to get the same products last year for $25. I could have 2 fajitas en Guapos for the same amount or buy ingredients to make smoothies for a whole week lol.

It’s good. But my gosh. You can almost get two chipotle meals for one peanut butter chocolate smoothie.
Unfortunately for them South Bend is opening across the street and have about 70% discount from the price of Robeks smoothies.
Then their app deals are bad. Thanks for the $5 dollars off after spending close to $100 on 4 smoothies…. I don’t go here anymore. Decided to buy a ninja blender and shop at trader joes for ingredients. The straws also are worthless. I think they are paper. Need to get two or three so it will last.
I’m tired of high priced goods like it’s an entitlement. If you need to charge 14-15 dollars for a smoothie just tell the landlord you have morals.

acai bowl has a consistency of a smoothie with not a lot of fruit for 13 bucks . I like their smoothies but for acai bowls playa bowl is the gold standard around here.

Was easy to order on the app. The staff are friendly, my order was made promptly and was accurate. The smoothies are always delicious. Really enjoy the polar pineapple but the winter wondermint is good as well.

The app is also very easy to use. I like placing orders online ahead of time, so that I can pick them up (on my way to work, running errands, or before going on hikes / adventures with friends!)

Employees do not seem to know much about the rewards in app for the robeks app. I had a free small smoothie to redeem. It seems that performance smoothies are not offered in small, super weird.
Update: customer service did clarify why a small was not offered. Although I will leave the service at 4 stars, hoping for a better service in store 🙂
