It’s called “hot and ready” so why is the pizza not ready? And most importantly, why was i told the pizza was not ready AFTER I paid for it? Common sense would tell you if someone asks for a hot and ready they should be told if there is a wait before paying.. all I ordered was a cheese pizza in the drive thru and had to wait 10-15 minutes.. get it together

I don’t know how a establishment can stay going when every time we go in there the employees are yelling each other, playing games, in fact I’m so tired of getting burnt food from there I’m surprised people have not done something about this yet. It’s the closest Little Caesars we have to go to and it’s unfortunate that it’s horrible if I could have given it a zero star it would have had triple zero Stars! I will strongly recommend that nobody go there!!! My Puffs were burnt.

I went in to pick up a order we placed online but needed to pay still the cashier told me the total i hand her my card, then after she cashes me out she walks over like shes going to hand me back my card threw it down infront of me. I proceeded to ask her if everything was there for the order very snarkly said “thats everything” got home and none of my sauces i paid for and as a side note her hands were very dirty to be working with food honestly ill be taking my buisness to lewis or lagrange from now on

Ordered the Steak Cheese Puffs and ate them right then in the parking lot. They are amazingly delicious especially when eaten hot and fresh from the oven. So satisfying….

Food is fine. Service is horrendous. I order from there frequently and almost every time the employee on the other end of the phone/counter is BEYOND RUDE. Tonight the guy said word for word “whattya want” when I said I’d like to place a pick up order. When I was done ordering he said (again word for word) “that it?” It’s just embarrassing how careless and rude these employees act.

Called over the phone an hour prior to pick up an order in the drive thru. Lady with braids at the window was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. Will not be returning the establishment.

The Deep Dish Pizza is awesome but the wings left alot to be desired. My thumb is average size and it is bigger than the Canary wings they call Chicken.
