I got pork dumpling. The meat was so blackened (not burned just black color) that you could see the discoloration through the dumpling. I don’t know what mystery meat they put in there but I’m not trying it. I have gotten dumpling at many hundreds of places all over the country and I’ve never seen dumplings discolored like that

On quest to find best crispy beef in Cincinnati area and was recommended to stop in and give their’s a try.
Stopped in on Saturday during lunch and placed order. Service was prompt and dish was out in within 5 minutes. Beef was crisp, not super crispy like I was looking for, and had a bit of a chew. Sauce was great but a bit heavy. Dish was very good and would return, but still searching for that crispy beef dish that is crisp with beef super tender so that it almost melts in your mouth.

The hot and sour soup was actually hot and sour!! Very good recipe. And the takeout packaging was watertight and held up on the drive home. The pork with garlic sauce was super fragrant and I really liked it. And the rice was perfect. The shrimp lo mein was not the best I’ve ever had in the area but it was tasty enough.

I got lunch here recently while waiting for my car to get serviced at AAA. Wow. I wasn’t expecting this. I don’t remember having such delicate steamed dumplings anywhere else at all in Cincinnati, the last thirty years. Ruffled edges, great texture, tasty filling….I need more! And the vegetable lo mein and the sesame noodles were so subtle and seasoned perfectly. Great leftovers for two days. It was very quiet and peaceful at 1pm on a Friday afternoon, a nice respite from the blazing heat and congestion outside. And the hostess was very genuine and warm. I’ll be back!

I give them an extra star because it was Christmas and they were busy, but wow, I know most Chinese has some type of sauce but the chicken and vegetables was doused in so much oil it was slimy and just not good. Crab Rangoon was ok, but tasted little crab and just tons of cream. Probably worst Chinese I’ve had… and I love Chinese food
