Bad cheese pizzas. Pepperoni pizzas are decent. Sausage and beef pizzas are ok, could use better baking. Especially with required amount of sauce.

I called my order in today, I was told by the person on the phone that it will be ready within 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins later so i could get my lunch and be on time for work! The young lady took my money as i told her about my call in, she said it should be out in 2 mins, I’m looking around and every employee is on the phones, not working on the phones! I understand that business hour is slow at the moment but the store should be preparing for the dinner rush! 5 mins past and she asked the cook was my pizza done? He asked the person who took my phone order and his respond was… oh I forgot! I didn’t get mad or angry because I see that the cellphones have you all so extremely busy and focused! I’m already pressed for time and now they’re saying it will be another 10 mins. NAHHHHHHHHHHH I simply asked for a refund… OMG it took about 5 mins for a refund! I do understand that everyone like to be on phones but there is a time and place…

I stopped by for dinner and the cashier Nesha was amazing. I went through the drive-thru and she was very knowledgeable of the menu and even recommended options that met the needs of me and my wife (the picky eater). I would have never purchased a dessert if she didn’t suggest adding a sweet treat to finish out my order. Thanks, Nesha! You’re amazing!

The customer service was good. However, the pizzas I ordered were really really thin and hard, to the point they might as well made all of them a thin crust pizza. I ordered regular pepperoni pizzas and they weren’t the normal quality for a Little Caesars pizza. It was also cold, I got crazy bread as well and there was literally only three small pieces in the bag!! Like what?!? The young lady at the register was nice and so was the gentleman who gave me my order, but the quality of the food just wasn’t what it should have been.

I would say I eat more Little Caesars Pizza more than any of the other big pizza brand names today but the service I received recently was unacceptable. After picking up a delivery for my co-workers for lunch and returning to the store my team all began to express there displeasure of the pizza. The food was hot, but the cheese was hard the pizza thin
and the crust was crumbly hard. After a few bites, some of the team began to throw the food way and I explained to them that I would go back and let them know that my pizza wasn’t fresh. I took a few of the remaining slices that hadn’t been touched and brought the pizza back. One of the little Caesar staff members had explained to the manager on duty that I was recently just in the store and purchased the food but I was being told by the manager that in order to get another pizza, I had to bring the other slices of pizza that came with the pizza back in the box. If I hadn’t had any years of management experience myself I probably would have reacted different to the situation.

When I tell you this location is horrible. Young people with no moral to work. Order cheese bread at 5:26pm get there it’s not ready an when it was ready @6:02 it was wrong. Then the manager I’m guessing who refunded me. Claims he sorry & blames it on someone else. But I know it was him or took the order. Worst location in Memphis.

I placed my order 2 hrs before, it was supposed to be ready at 12. I sat there until 12:50 and I had to keep asking where my order was . When people came in to order the exact same thing they gave then there orders with in mins. When I asked why they said oh we thought u left and came back.
