While visiting the area, we chose Verona Pizza as our first stop and were impressed with the menu variety and the Caesar sandwich we ordered. Unfortunately, the customer service we received from the cashier, Julia, was far below expectations. She did not greet us, offer basic courtesy, or provide any direction when our order was ready. Because we were not local, her attitude was noticeably cold, and my daughter immediately felt uncomfortable.
No customer should have to search for napkins, condiments, or wait silently for acknowledgment. Hospitality is a core part of the dining experience. Management should ensure that all staff are trained to treat every guest with respect and professionalism. You never know who your customers are, and poor service can easily drive people away.
I hope this feedback helps, because the food itself was very good but front-of-house service must match the quality of the kitchen.

If you’re looking for an awesome great pizza vernors pizza in Ayer ma. Hands down best pizza you’ve ever had seen or tasted. Salads are awesome great happy employees . You won’t be disappointed. First time going there from out of state I will be going back to take one with me for the ride. lol worth the xtra miles to eat.

I like this place quite a bit. I have tried only three things so far, and I keep ordering them again because they are very good, gyro, fries, and special sub. The sub includes roast beef, turkey, bacon, and provolone. Service is prompt and courteous. Overall, this is a recommended destination.

I love their pizza even when I’m coming home late from work and I need something fresh they make it on the spot. They don’t have those type of premade pizzas. No, they always make everything fresh. I really like the food here. I got the steak bomb large sub. It was made fresh to order. It was very good. The meat to cheese radio was great. The service was very very good. It was three older gentlemen. They made my order fresh while having to take deal with take out orders. I would definitely come back here again.

It is so hard to find a good place to eat the last few years. This place is fantastic! Have come a few times and tried something different each time and it’s hot and delicious!! Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. Had the chicken club this time and it’s double chicken! Could only eat half. So good!
