I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and I’ve been a customer at Duchess for over a decade and they gave me a drink that basically looks like blended up yogurt and it was Extremely watery with hardly any pigment, and I asked them to make it again and they gave it back the same just with chunks of ice in it. When you order something you expect what you’ve always gotten, not a drink with no flavor that looks extremely unappetizing.
I am no longer going to this Duchess. The only one that’s ever known exactly how to make anything is the one in Monroe.

I’m forced to come here daily because my friend loves the blueberry muffins. I come here daily just to prove her wrong when she says they ALWAYS have it. I also love the peanut butter chunk cookies.

This place definitely needs a facelift! The soda machine hasn’t been cleaned in ages, and the fry station and refrigerator looks terrible. On a positive note, the bathroom was somewhat clean. I decided not to eat my food and just threw it away. It might also be worth considering some new staff the girl with the braids and long eyelashes seemed rather indifferent. As a first-time visitor, I won’t be returning, and I believe the health department should pay a visit.
