Fantastic spot for lunch. Bright and welcoming decor. Staff is very friendly and will answer any questions. The food is insane. Their bbq pork bahn mi sandwich is massive and delicious. It comes with a soda and chips. Perfect amount of meat, sauce and veggies. Thai shumai are huge and flavorful. Crab rangoons are addictive. Thai ice tea was perfect. 10/10 will be back. Perfect lunch spot. In and out in an hour with 3 people.

I recommend this Thai-Vietnamese restaurant in New Haven. They have a wide variety of delicious dishes, such as pho, pad see ew noodles, Vietnamese sandwiches, tom yum seafood noodles, crispy mussels crepes, and many appetizers to choose from, including homemade gyoza, crab Rangoon, tender chicken satay, street-style grilled pork, and much more. There’s so much to choose from, you’ll have to come back several times to try everything!

Waaa I went there many times!!! But this time I brought my grandma. We were all very enjoy.
But one disappointment that they won’t change to meat (chicken, shrimp, etc) from veg dump. Bc we are allergic to pork.
Boba is not recommended. It s not our favorite.

Afterward, I forget leave my water bottle in restaurant. Yet there s man who work in restaurants. He ran to me across the road to give me. What a such gentleman and kind!!! Stay kind I like it!

Pho Thai is by far the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to! We started with the Crab Rangoon – perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously creamy inside. For the main dish, I had the Fried Rice Plate with chicken, which was full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered Iced Thai Tea, and it was so refreshing and tasty. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I have to say I’m so impressed by Pho Thai! This hidden gem is right in plain sight on Orange Street. You HAVE to go on a Friday night when they do their braised lamb shank special – it’s by far the best lamb I’ve ever had in my life. It’s so tender and flavorful! It’s available for dine in only every Friday. We tried a variety of their most popular menu items and weren’t disappointed by any of them. The staff was very attentive with the food coming out quickly, and the restaurant had a nice vibe, especially near the coffee bar with some hanging, swaying chairs. We even had a couple lattes before we left and were impressed by the quality. I would definitely come back here!

Extremely unpleasant delivery experience. The soup bowl was filled so full that once you put in the pho, everything spills out. What if the customer doesn’t have extra bowls to fill in?

Something was off at this place. I visited with friends who have liked this spot for a long time, but it was my first visit. We ordered two pho soups, tom yum noodle soup, and a vermicelli dish with chicken. The food was very disappointing.
The pho had very little soup and meat. The tom yum soup was served without shrimp and lacked the main flavor paste. While the flavor was ok, it felt like the owner was trying to cut costs.

The worst dish was my vermicelli with chicken. It was served hot when it should be served cold or at least at room temperature. I even saw steam rising from it, which made me suspect that the chef didn’t know what they were doing.

The server was blunt, and the AC was extremely weak on a hot day. You can’t expect to keep customers coming back with service like that.

Second time here. I’m not sure if management changed, but it was definitely a different vibe. Crab Rangoon tasted Amazing. The best I’ve have thus far. The Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp was really good. It tasted different from before yet still yummy.

The restaurant was super clean with lots of seating options. Waitress was super responsive, refilling water glasses regularly. The menu offers Thai and Vietnamese dishes but Thai appears to be their specialty, offering regional Northern Thai dishes. The portions were large. The Salmon Panang Curry had a huge piece of Salmon. The price of two meals and spring rolls was $40.
