I walked in around 4:40 p.m. One young lady was mopping while 2 other gentleman were behind the register talking. I approached the register and received no greeting. It was almost the opposite. They turned away and continued talking as I waited. While waiting I noticed the 3 foot long for $17 coupon I had expired 2 days prior. After a few minutes of them continuing their conversation, they finished and the gentleman that would “assist” me asked what he could get for me. I started to ask about the coupon being expired and was sternly interrupted that “If it’s expired, it’s no good”. Since I didn’t even get to finish my sentence, I attempted to get clarification and again was met with the interruption during my question.
I’m cheap so I opened the app and ordered using a discount. The same guy watched me place my order. After my order was sent he began to make it as slow as possible. He even took a few minutes of a break after it was already toasted. About 10-15 minutes later the food was ready even though there was no order in front of me. I’m not sure what he was dealing with in life that made him act this way. I feel bad for him TBH. Subway, as a company, is a horrible place to work that doesn’t pay a livable wage and expect its customers to tip. However, I’m a person too and don’t like being disrespected when I’m trying to give someone my business.

This place is a bust. I went here to try their new “Sidekicks”, and not only was the service mediocre, but the food was way under my expectations. I felt like I basically wasted my money. The people preparing my food were really slow, they showed no urgency as the customers piled up behind me. Other than that they were pretty kind and I had no problem ordering. Just wish my experience was a little better. I probably will not return here. Their cookies the small circle ones are really good. But I haven’t tried the footling cookie bar yet.

I placed an online order. After I picked up my order I noticed that both my subs were missing lettuce. I went back to the store to be told that they were out of lettuce with no way to fix the problem. I would have appreciated a call after I placed my order, or it would have been nice to know when I picked them up. But I was not even notified by staff that my subs were not how I ordered them. Disappointed.

You should acknowledge a customer even if you’re busy . A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have worked. Definitely the worst customer service I had there . Worst Subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Ordered online to get my sandwich along with some vitamin D water. Didn’t have all my ingredients on the sandwich and then they had no vitamin D water for me to pick up. So to be a good sport I just decided to go ahead and pour myself a glass of Coke from the self serve dispenser. Apparently the Coke wasn’t even carbonated. The place looks like a dump. Spend about $100,000 to renovate and maybe this place will be halfway decent.

It’s Subway so I wasn’t expecting top tier service, but the workers general affect seemed apathetic to my presence and impatient with my ordering. Food was fine, no issues. The place was dusty and seemed like no one cleaned that day or maybe that week.

I ordered at this location earlier today for lunch and they had a lot of issues. The Italian BMT is not listed on the menu inside even though they sell it. They don’t inform you that they are out of meat until they start making the sandwich. They were out of pepperoni and salami. Seems like they are out of things a lot. The last time, they were out of bread. The workers don’t seem to be happy working there. They look grumpy. The sandwiches was good but it would of been better if they weren’t out of meat. Will not be going back to this Subway location ever again. Jimmy John’s is better and will be going there next time.

I’ve been disappointed and irritated every time I’ve gone to this Subway location. There was only one guy working. He made me rattle off all the toppings I wanted and then made a big deal out of remembering everything I said. Good job buddy. He made an absolutely mess of the dressing I wanted on my sub, when he rolled it up it was allover the sides and top of my sandwich. What a mess. On top of all that mess and theatrics the bread was so stale and over baked. It was dried out and crunchy. I will skip the whole production and spend my money elsewhere.

This used to be one of the best Subways around. But the last several years it’s been the worst. Customer Service is very bad. They don’t acknowledge your presence. The manager was unfriendly as well. They just seem annoyed when you come in.

This Subway location officially closed around January of 2025. No major announcements of closure or anything. This place has been around for 30 years. Used to go here as a kid with my dad, sad to see it ago along with the memories.
