I ordered a dragon drink with strawberry inclusion and strawberry cold fom and only was made with strawberry It had nothing of flavor other than strawberry I always order the same drink wherever I am but in this place they always give it to me only with strawberry flavor

I was sitting at one of the larger tables and hadn’t even finished my coffee when the manager approached me and told me I needed to leave because they needed the table for a supervisors’ meeting. There was no apology and no effort to find me another seat — I was simply asked to move.
I completely understand that meetings need space, but the way it was handled felt abrupt and dismissive. A simple apology or offering an alternative seat would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience made me feel unwelcome.
I hope management considers handling situations like this with more courtesy in the future.

Recently remodeled, and clean. However, after school, it can be very, very busy and loud. The staff is well trained, and they remember you as a previous customer and will greet you as such. All in all as far as Starbucks goes this is a good Starbucks to go to? I tend to come here at least three times a week

We come here every other week here. They have a great variety of hot and cold breakfast. This includes breakfast sandwiches, including an impossible sandwich. They also have refrigerated section with a variety of drinks and pre-packed small lunch/snacks. Staff is always very kind and helpful, have never had any issues with them. They do a great job having your order on time, which requires great organization. Furthermore, I have never seen this place dirty. I’m sure the people coming in and out do a great job cleaning up after themselves as well which I find fascinating. Thank you for the quick and reliable service Starbucks Staff.

Deference to mobile orders has made to store a very time consuming event . Still continues to wait up to 20 minutes in the morning as mobile orders are pushed ahead of those who wait in line. Lots of patio space . Good parking. Evening staff are friendly.

Order online mobile pickup when they supposedly opened and have been waiting for over 15 minutes for my order. Mind you, no one has opened the store doors and I’m pretty sure they’re sleeping in the back. My order was supposed to be picked up at 5:11. They have yet to open. I tried calling the store but of course no one answered. Very disappointed

The Starbucks on 5827 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills is awesome and so community minded. The amazing manager Nixie and her extraordinary team, especially team member Ethan, have provided continual exceptional and much appreciated excellent service. As the President of the Agoura High Parent Faculty Committee I have the pleasure of working with Nixie’s team on my weekly coffee pick up for the AHS principal’s staff meeting. I am always greeted with a smile from every team member, but Ethan and Nixie know me by name. They both make sure everything is ready to go by 8:30 pickup, and they are eager to fill any special staff requests. Starbuck’s Manager Nixie, her entire team and team member Ethan, have graciously helped the AHS PFC make our Agoura High staff feel so special on so many occasions. Thank you!!

It’s coffee. It’s made from beans and water, heated, added yummy stuff and there you go all for 5x what you can do at home. But the great thing is that the employees are cool. It it gets busy here. Very busy so come early or late.

By far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been at. All tables outside were filthy and it smelled like urine outside. The bathroom has definitely not been cleaned for years the walls were filthy. Very sad because it’s in a nice area and the workers seem nice.
