This Panera is bright and clean with a really friendly staff. We stopped in on a Monday evening and it was really fast service and the food was great. I love that the kids meals include an apple or chips, and the kid portions are very filling. My kids personal favorites are always the smoothies, and I love the Madagascar vanilla latte. The pastries were fresh and the food was great. Thanks for a nice family atmosphere, Panera team!

Overall it was very easy to find this location. It was not busy at all but we ate early also. They had a few workers therefore the meal to go did not take a long time. The Mac and cheese were very good and the standard meal. Bread was soft and fresh. Broccoli and cheese soup was rich and heavy which was perfect for this cold day. Tomato soup was rich and delicious also. I would highly recommend both of those. Chicken salad sandwich was fresh and light on the mayo. Very pleased overall with all the food we purchased and would be back. I would recommend this place.

The food is great. The atmosphere is good but the place needs to be expanded. The staff is friendly in the drive through. Unfortunately, the cooks, meal prep staff don’t always get the customized orders correct. I’ve driven off several times before with an incorrect order. It never happens with regular orders, only ones where ingredients might be slightly different from those on the standard menu.

This Panera is out of broccoli cheddar soup 80% of the time I stop by at 5pm. So maybe they have it 1/5 times. Similar issue with the bread. When they do have soup they don’t have the bread. Do better Panera.

I got the French onion soup in a bread bowl and I absolutely couldn’t eat it! Was the worst I’ve ever tasted! I just threw it away but after I decided I would get something sweet but the girl at the counter told me if I wanted anything else I could use the kiosk to order and walked away she was running her mouth with another employee who then walk to the back. I told her that I wanted some of the sweets beside her for me and 2 older kid with me. She rolled her eyes and said well okay what do you want and was openly mad about it. Mind you I used the kiosk to order our food because she walked away from the counter when we came in and I didn’t even complain about the soup. I know we all have bad days but hers was so bad she needed to go home and let someone else who wanted to work take over!!!!

Every time I visit this restaurant, the bald headed Manager is mean to the workers and then tries to control the entire order process simultaneously ruining my experience and messing up the order because he’s trying to control when and what I order and won’t listen. This has happened several times. he Has created an atmosphere that I do not want to return to. Goodbye.

First timer husband and i odered two breakfast sandwiches and they were dry with a half piece of bacon and hardly any flavor. Very disappointed as the false description made it sound like it would be a wonderful breakfast. Our trash can is full and our bellies are empty.

My experience was awful!!!!! There’s mold on the top of my bread and burn/dirt on the bottom. This is the last time! *update* just left the store and the GM and the assistant manager both say that the molded spots on the bread are normal (implying no one else seems to mind). They then tried to say it’s avocado which I would hope it isn’t being that I’m allergic to avocados.. when did the customer stop being right? We can all see that it’s mold, stop arguing with me and fix your mistakes.
