Disappointing service, I used to often buy food here both walk-in & delivery, but today I had a very bad experience with an employee, I said my order loud and clear, and even two other customers heard and witnessed the ordeal, 2 slices of pizza, a number 3 order which is 3 piece chicken + fries & one soda, & I ordered an extra soda, the employee charged me for the order and when I came to the counter to take my food, the other employee tried to charge me for the extra soda that I had originally already paid upfront when I ordered, the initial employee that had taken my order became disrespectful trying to make a joke of the situation as if I was lying about what I ordered exclaiming “Oh really?! Oh really?!” Sarcastically. I addressed that I wasn’t trying to be funny and it wasn’t even about the money, even the other 2 customers asserted that I had made my order clear and paid for it. I paid for the extra soda and told them to have a blessed afternoon. I will not be purchasing from here again, I recommend customers to pay after their order is provided not before, very disappointing to witness & go through this unnecessary type of service.

So for a bacon egg and cheese it tasted like it was made with no love and just small piece of bacon and one egg cut in half portion is small for the price, and got their chicken halal rice platter… that was the blandest chicken and not even the correct type of rice, besides the service and atmosphere is ok, it’s one of the worst chicken shacks I have been to in Perth Amboy.
