-able to order after waiting a few minutes at window
-pay for order
-over 20 minutes, nothing but just setting, and waiting
-cars behind me, people getting upset, 3-5 cars leave while waiting
-worker comes to window, says they working on order, they got swamped and they should have it out soon
-asked and they said they are working on my wraps
-5-7 minutes later get wrap’s.
-forgot my drink and wrap not correct, but left anyways as was there long enough
-Overall: They need time management traning and/or communication training as they could had let me know when ordering it might be awhile so we don’t just set 30 minutes at the window and maybe could’ve pulled around so other people could maybe order as they missed out on several people that left while behind me.

I went in today with my family around noon and the two boys working were both terrific. it was really busy in there and the two were both handling it really well. they were both still quick and my sandwiches were made correctly even though I chsnged my mind several times lol . The tall one was very patient and kind, and the other one was polite and helpful . I will definitely go again next time I come thru antlers !!!

My dad orders a 3 in spicy Italian at every subway we goto but this one said can’t do it. I ordered a foot long dipper but they have the flat bread unfrozen. A customer asked about tea they said they don’t offer it anymore. The only bright star we the gentleman that worked the window and cashier while the other employees were busy in the back. He ask for help and then one of the other female employee said they were too busy. We were here about 1 o’clock thr male employee left for the day at 1:30. He was the only reason I gave 3

I just waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with no other traffic coming in or out and one car in front of me at the window the ENTIRE time. So I back out of the drive thru and go in and there is a line of people waiting, the boy that’s supposed to making sandwiches is panicking and not taking any orders (a good in the bank for a bit, but I’m pretty sure he’s Down syndrome so it’s not his fault at all), and the girl at the register is just standing grabbing away from the register picking a piece of tape or something off the drink machine. Whoever is supposed to be in charge ought to be fired. I finally (after about an hour and a half all together) drove off without anyone who works there even glancing in my direction.

My order was wrong but still mostly good. My salad was missing the meat it came with plus extra meat and cheese I ordered. Order was in the app. Also the cucumbers were extremely bitter and inedible.

I have came to subway twice since the new owners and workers took over subway, each time was terrible. The first time the workers were SOO rude and didn’t have a clue as to what they were doing.. they didn’t even know how much meat went into a protein bowl?? They FORGOT to cut my son’s pizza.. & my sandwich was wayyy over toasted. I went back today and nothing changed.. the mobile app wasn’t working so I called and the phone rang with no answer I called back 30 min later.. still no answer. I went to subway to only see staff vehicles and no customer vehicle I get to the window and they tell me to hold on and have THE worst attitude.. I will NEVER eat at antlers subway ever again. They have definitely went down hill!!

I have read horrible reviews of this place for months, since the new management took over, and I should have listened. In all fairness, I have to crave Subway to get it. It’s not one of my favorites. But this was beyond that.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken foot long, 2 kids ham and cheese sandwich meals with applesauce and milk, a bag of spicy dill pickle chips and a bag of Harvest cheddar sun chips, all in the app. So of course I paid.

When I got there they hadn’t even started my order. The girl came to the window and said they were out of dill pickle chips, SunChips, and milk. I said the kids can have juice and she said they didn’t have that either. She offered bottled lemonade and I said ok. Then I asked what chips she did have and she said Lays. So I said, well then give me lays.”

She then came back and said she only had one bottle of lemonade. What the heck??

It’s not her fault, but what kind of manager lets them run out of EVERYTHING?

They still had not even started my order at this point. So I waited in the drive thru like 10 more minutes. Not once did they even offer a complimentary cookie or anything.

When I finally got the order and went home, my sandwich was mushy and gross. The spinach was wilted and there was some kind of slimy mush that I think was the bread on the inside. I didn’t even finish half of it. My daughter and son both said theirs was mushy too.

We won’t be back until there is new management that actually cares about its customers. This is absurd.

Will not eat here again. Bread was rock hard. All sandwiches made with old veggies and meat tasted bad. I was passing through town and expect a chain restaurant to have the same quality of food as any other town. Antlers OK gets an “F”

Wife ordered online 7/29. Waited the amount of time and went to pick it up during her lunch. She showed up and they didn’t have her order. They said their internet went down. She showed them the receipt in her email and in the app and still refused to give her what she paid for. Might wanna think twice before trusting a bunch of teenage girls to run your business for you.
