Terrible customer service at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for delivery and clearly requested no black olives on my pizza. When it arrived, it had black olives all over it.
I called the store to let them know—and instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. I was calm and respectful, and still got treated like I was the problem.also I was a women claiming she was the manager!
I paid almost $40 for one pizza, including a tip, and this is how I’m treated? No thank you. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated afterward matters even more. I won’t be ordering from this location again. They clearly don’t care.

Well, I came into Pizza Hut. I was greeted by Jessica the smart manager, which has a excellent attitude and excellent work service performance while I waited here I seen her give excellent service to myself and two others. Also, I like to acknowledge people that go above and beyond your car while I waited, she adjusted to someone’s order that was wrong and made it rightwhich is what is what makes customer service best here her attitude was uplifting and attentiveness to everything is appreciated will be stopping here again

Second time I’ve earned free bread sticks as a reward and the app doesn’t add them to my order. Just keeps saying “reward redemption in progress”. I let it go the 1st time, but this time it seems like this isn’t a coincidence, but a scam of some sort. In addition, the staff should have just given me the bread sticks as I could show them on my phone I’m due the reward. Finally, the pizza I did receive was cold, the toppings had literally slid almost totally off of the pizza, and I was left trying to recompose this pizza into something edible. Photo is after trying to salvage it!!

It’s your average Pizza Hut Carry Out location. Do not expect to dine-in here. Staff was fun and young. Not very customer oriented but that’s a hit or miss. It would be nice to see a cleaner lobby area, especially if you’ll indicate via lobby monitor that an order is ready when it’s really not and we have to sit here and notice such details. But again. No frills here. Live the pizza though.

Usually this pizza hut is good. Not the case tonight. It was 30 mins past the delivery time, when i get it pizza is luke warm , bread sticks arent even sliced plus they are hard and tough. P.us when i called to see whwre my 9rder was i couldnt get threw. Phone 2ould hang up after the annoying greeting was done 5x than i got thru. I understand they were busy but the quality was horrible. Delivery you pay almost double with allthe fees so it should be fresh, hot and taste good, not true here. Wont order from them again.

The pizza is ok, the over-the-phone service is lame nowadays. Years prior, I would call and place an order for pickup. I would talk to a team member who works at that location. I would save money by picking it up (no delivery fees etc.). I called the other

Had a bad experience with a transplant employee who was covering a shift at this location. Jessica took care of my issue and handles my refund immediately even offered me a reward for the mess up of another employee. Very kind and amazing manager, she deserves a raise honestly she handles my issue with care and attentiveness.

The manager “Rolando” who normally works at the Pizza Hut location on Market Street in Orange, was there and took our order at 11:15 p.m. Rolando made the best pizza I have ever had and was very helpful with the pricing and what to put on the pizza so we would get our money’s worth. Love Pizza Hut and his customer service was super…Update: Cassandra who is the manager is simply the BEST! She not only has really great customer service skills along with a sweet helpful manner, but, Cassandra is really there for you making sure your order is exactly the way you want it to be.
