Used there unlimited topping deal. It felt like a waste to order just a Hawaiian so I order it with extra cheese,extra ham, extra pineapple, some slices had one or no ham. The second pizza was suppose to be sausage, ham, pepperoni bacon and jalapeño. Some slices only had one or two of the toppings on them. Some of the pizza didnt even have cheese on it. These pizzas were a disgrace and dissapoiment. This was suppose to be my one cheat meal for the week

I called in cos I was given a regular hand tossed pizza instead of the Brooklyn style pizza,Kristen was super rude and kept talking over me the whole time…couldn’t even listen or even offer me a credit cause apparently I took too long to call it in..I understand that, but I shouldn’t be paying 26.99 for a reg style pizza lol vs a 16 dollar pizza based on their mistake. I ordered for a carry out order via the app and when I got home, I realized that they handed me the wrong pizza. I called them right away and when someone answered, they said I needed to text them an image of my pizza to prove I got the wrong one and they said they could re-deliver them to me. The girl who initially answered then passed the phone to the manager. I said the pizza I picked up was fine and if they could just refund me the difference because the pizza they handed me was a $10 pizza and then one I ordered was a $25 pizza. They said they’d have to charge me again for the wrong pizza before they could refund me and that the wrong pizza was $15 (it was a pepperoni pizza). After going back and forth with the manager this time, I said that it was fine. He stared being very facetious with me and I caved in and said they could deliver the new one, even though I live outside of their service map and I was tired of this back and forth that had gone on for about 15 min. When the new pizza was finally delivered, it was left in a puddle on my doorstep because it had been raining for the last couple days.

We called, they answered the phone quickly, took the order – we ordered half Hawaiian and half chicken, spinach, & feta on white sauce on a thin crust. They said it would take 35 minutes, and they were a bit early. The young man was very courteous and the pizza was tasty and still hot. I’m happy to give them 5 stars. (I’m from Indy visiting my aunt – and I wish our pizza there was this good!) 5 stars because they earned it! ~Sorry, we started eating it before I thought to take a photo.~

Problem with this Domino’s is that they’re frequently overflowed with orders do to their location in the center of downtown. They do their best and when they’re not overloaded, they’re very quick with your order!

So me and my friend go to pick up an order. We get there and for 5-7 minutes we don’t even get acknowledged by anyone. Mind you, there is two employees at the front. I then have to tell them that I’m here to pick up an order, and this lady who’s eating and on the phone right in front of us says she’s not clocked in. We wait another 5-7 minutes only to be ignored to customers who had just walked in. Employee who finally asks if we need help. OBVIOUSLY . She picks up our order that had been ready the WHOLE TIME and hands it to us.

Manager Juliana was not helpful or considerate at all. Placed an online order, apparently there was a malfunction and they messed our order. She said I would have to pay for new pizzas and nothing else she can do. When it was their fault at their end. Very inconvenient and did not satisfy my expectations or needs. Wouldn’t recommend, might as well go to another dominos with better service. If I could choose 0 stars I would. Couldn’t even be given a free dipping sauce (AFTER BUYING THREE sauces) for the inconvenience.
