Absolutely lacking in customer service today! Ordered ahead amd was surprised by the 15 minutes estimated pick up time. Got there just over about 10 mins later and was told my order wasnt ready. I parked and waited 20 minutes. I’m now 30 minutes past my order time and drive back around- the order still isnt ready. The best part, I’m told it isnt even started yet. I was told I was welcome to wait at the window as long as no one pulled up behind me. Then another worker comes over and rudely tells me to come back in 10 minutes, because they MAY have other customers pull up…
Your short staffed and theirs a wait- fine, but
1) don’t keep telling me over and over to come back, you could have told me the first time it was going to be a long wait!
2) keep your attitude in check. I didnt understaff you- your manager did!
Also- the icing on the cake- the pizzas weren’t even right, but I wasnt sitting around another 45 minutes for them to make them again.

Normally this domions has great service, as I order frequently. Today not so much. Pizza was 25 minutes late, the driver that came barley spoke English and express that they never been on my road before. Even though its a two lane though way that is frequently traveled near the domino’s location. Very disappointed. I tried to call the store and say on hold 10 minutes before hanging up. Hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

We ordered delivery and the driver Brad forgot the sauces so we called the store to figure out how long it would take to bring sauce back here or if anything could be done and they hung up on us and had a snippy tone the entire time.

Usually pay by card, but had to pay with cash tonight. Ordered on app.
When I went into the store to pick up my order I told the employee I needed to pay. She told me “we don’t take hundreds” and then said that there’s a gas station up the road.
I’m not about to put a bunch of extra effort to exchange one form of legal tender for another form just to purchase a pizza. Additionally, nowhere in the app was I warned that I could not pay using hundred dollar bills. Decided to just go home and eat something else.

Beware!!! This store closes at 12:00am they have all the food off refrigeration possible catching bacteria! and theyre making all the food off those trays unsanitary! and its only 11:09p.m. so when you get diarrhea you know why! Dont order late orders here.

I have never had a horrible experience… they are always on point and I have never had a messed up order! Also, they have actually looked and taken their time to help me save some money with coupons that I didn’t even see! I Highly recommend and thank you guys for such a great service!

Customer service usually sucks everywhere, I got to say that from my personal experience, Pizza was given to us within 15 minutes there wasn’t any line though. They were not smaily meaning they were busy you can tell when when workers are not happy about working in customer service field but I would say they were just busy.

So this is an update from my review 3 years ago. My girlfriend and I tried ordering online with the app and it wouldn’t accept my credit card, which I checked before and it still has money. Then we tried calling and the same thing happened, then we spoke to a supposed manager, at least she claimed to be one. And instead of trying to calm us down she was extremely rude and told us to call back when we wanted to talk like a person. It made me never want to order from y’all ever again.
