Great halal. Amazing flavor and good portion. Got chicken salad no yogurt sauce and then got a mixed chicken and lamb b over rice with white sauce. Also got an extra side of rice and all were good portions. Will be back. I called in my order and he ended up texting me even it was ready and took about 10 minutes. Now that there are onions and peppers in the chicken. I loved it but if that’s bout your thing you may want to specify.

Went in for dinner with a couple friends after work and it turned out to be a pretty solid choice. The place felt clean and relaxed, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and talk. The menu had a good variety of halal options, and the staff was patient while we decided. I ordered a chicken platter and it came out hot and well portioned. Flavors were balanced, not too spicy, which I liked, though I did add some sauce on the side. Prices felt reasonable for the amount of food you get. Service wasn’t rushed and they checked on us once or twice.

Anytime I am in High Point I drive by the gas station to see if this food truck is open……even if I have already eaten. I always need to take some home and a LARGE container of their rice pudding! Located on N. Main Street in the parking lot of a Mobil Gas Station, you can see this Orange truck from the street. Every dish on his menu is pictured on the truck and I can say I have tried half of them and never been disappointed. Whether it’s chicken, lamb, gyro, everything is seasoned and cooked perfectly. The last touch is their homemade sauces and you can ask for none, a little or extra. The flavors of the proteins mixed with their rice is just amazing. And DO NOT leave without getting some of their velvety, smooth rice pudding with a hint of cinnamon…….OMG…..I thought my Latino family made the best, well I was wrong! The owner is polite and service is quick. Some people will eat in their cars. He use to have two tables by the truck but I have not seen them lately. It is a gas station and you will see some weirdos around at times but there are always customers around as he is very busy with orders. If you’re around or after a baseball or soccer game, stop by. You won’t be disappointed as this is the most traditional Halal food I have had since NY.

My man deserves a shout-out. Amazing food at a great price. Meats are well seasoned and moist. Only improvement I would suggest is to offer more sides or make the salad a little different. I usually get the lamb over rice with a light drizzle of greenn sauce. The food is great as is. You do not really need much sauce.

Let me tell you I’ve eaten all types of food, but that lamb gyro is the best lamb I’ve ever had. It’s got a bit of heat but it’s perfect for my taste. Packed full of healthy protein and perfect grilled veggies with a mix of healthy seasonings. This is some of the best budget friendly food and I’d recommend it to everyone, save the money from fast food and spend it here you won’t regret it.

I have ate off this truck for years and they never fail to give you food cooked with love and it’s so authentic def recommend and the inside of the truck is very clean and food is fresh . Have tried many of the foods and I don’t have a favorite they all are !!

I don’t think that I have ever ordered a gyro and disliked it. I was not planning on ordering from his food truck, but I was passing by and saw the word halal and had to spin the block. One thing I am aware of is middle eastern food is always a good choice regardless of where it comes from. The owner has the truck parked at a gas station near the main road. The A-frame is strategically placed near the road and the hand written “halal food” advertisement is what drew me in. The truck is desperately in need of a makeover but the food did not disappoint. The lamb was flavorful, the rice was fluffy, and the samosas were filling making the purchase well worth it.
