I’ve given this place dozens of times to improve, but I’ve come to believe that there is no hope! I’ve given feedback to multiple managers, nothing changes. My biggest complaint is that there biscuits hard, crunch hard and very dry. I’ve tried asking for a light biscuit, a dart biscuit and even a soft biscuit. Always crunchy! Today, however, was the last straw for me! The biscuit was not only hard and dry, but cold as well. As was the egg and the meat.
Now, I frequent this one because it’s close to where I live. Going forward, however, I will drive down the road to Durham as their food never disappoints!

The girl with red hair was extremely rude, cursing very loudly. she interrupted me mid order, chose my food for me and got mad when i attempted at correcting her. it seemed that she was on some form of substance as well. food was great, this worker ruined the experience. never coming back as long as she works here

One of the best bojangles locations I’ve been to. Always friendly and efficient. Gave me an upfront notice when ordering that what I wanted was just dropped in the fryer and it will take a few minutes which I really appreciated. Then went above and beyond at the window and compensated me for having to wait. None of which I was expecting. Really excellent service.

Don’t go when it’s raining! There is no shelter over the drive through, so while you order, your car will get soaked while someone asks you to repeat your order, repeats it back to you, then tells you to wait there. Then you can pull up to the window, where they ask you what your order is again, they forget your fries, they give you the wrong chicken dinner, and part of one of the four chicken tenders is missing, leaving it to look like someone took a bite out of it. Stars are only because I am a repeat customer, and they aren’t always this bad. But please at least add a shelter over the drive through ordering!!!

I rarely come to this location even though it’s the closest to my house due to the food being cold, hard or poorly made. Today I needed a quick breakfast & gave it a shot only to be given almost no bacon & the tiniest egg possible. I don’t recommend this location at all. Also they 90% of the time have zero seasoning on the fries this was the one lucky day they actually did.

Today is one of those days where you might have had a 3 day weekend and on Tuesday, you said I don’t want to be at work… Problem with that, is you are at work and working in a place that charges money for goods. Asked for extra bacon when I made my order, then when I go to pay, he reads it back, no extra bacon, when I ask for it, before he charged me for it, he acted like taking an extra $1.50 wasn’t worth his time… by looking at the biscuit with extra bacon, seems to be not there either. Just seems like people want more money just to do less…

I ordered a 25 piece supreme tailgate, which came with 2 large fries and these fries came completely UNSEASONED!! I ordered ahead of time, so I did not check how seasoned they were before leaving, but I at least expected some seasoning on them?!?! Also, I had to wait 30 minutes after my order said it was ready. I understand the wait because the restaurant was completely full, but I placed an order ahead of time specifically for that reason!! This isn’t the first time I’ve received under-seasoned fries from this location, but this is definitely the first time I’ve ever received completely UNSEASONED fries from any bojangles!!! I’ve definitely learned my lesson to never come back to this location ever again… very disappointed, especially since the seasoning is the best part!!! The one silver lining is that honey mustard is FIREEEE!!! Truly saved my meal.

I went through the drive through and the girl with long braided hair couldn’t be bothered to talk and had quite an attitude. I ordered 3 tenders and a side. It’s the first time I’ve been to a Bojangles and went though the drive through on my way to get my hair cut in the area. After taking my money, they had me pull forward to where the door at the front was. I pulled up after the car in front of me left. Someone brought the food to the car in front of me instead of passing it through the take out window itself. I waited almost 15 minutes while watching cars behind me leave (they got their food through the window). I can’t imagine that they didn’t have three tenders, so why have me pull forward. That being said, they forgot about me. After close to 15 minutes of waiting
(I should’ve gone in sooner…) I went inside and asked where my order was.. a manager handed it to me after someone asked the back where it was. The manager handed it to me…. She’d heard how long I told them I had waited and no one apologized. I don’t like that heavy breading on the chicken. It reminds me of frozen Tyson breaded tenders…They were cold by then and stringy on top of it. The was a measly / stingy amount of mac and cheese that was already cold as well with and layer of greasy oil on the bottom. It was gross. The customer service and attention to detail were completely missing. I wouldn’t go back if someone paid me too. I don’t see what people see in this chain. Just horrible. So many other chicken places around that’s better than this.

Asked for a dark brown biscuit this is what they give me everytime i stop here food is quick quality is low not like any other bojangles avoid stopping here food sucks and the people dont listen stubborn staff also the cashier was looking into my wallet and mentioned that i had a 100 doller bill just made me uncomfortable terrible location bad food. They dont know what a dark brown biscuit is which is a bojangles staple trash store dont go!

When this place first opened it was great. Now the service is absolutely terrible. You can see in each employee’s face just how miserable they are to be there. The employee will completely give you a wrong order, then get upset with you about it. That night crew is horrible!
