Final time here. The staff doesn’t know how to listen to a customer order. Got wrong type of whopper in meal. Also very sloppy. Business doesn’t have Servsafe certification posted, meaning you have the potential to get sick from food borne illnesses.

If only no stars arcossed the board were an option. Everytime me and my wife go to this location it’s nothing but attitude and poor service. We were told to pull up to wait for our 3 ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches when no one else was in the drive thru or inside. The girl at the window didn’t want to give our card back. Our order today was room temp and the iced coffee was mostly cream with very little coffee. This location needs to be shut down so something better can move in

Went at 12:30 and they said they just weren’t taking orders anymore because they wanted to close. If laziness had a mascot it’d be the workers here. If you don’t wanna work, quit so somebody else that wants to work can fill that position. I see why people say they have terrible service there now.

Employee told me that I have to come in because they were counting drawers. I stated that we were in a wheelchair and we would wait as it was raining. He stated “sorry love but you will still have to come in”. He was friendly with it but you can’t refuse service through the drive through when we are willing to wait because of handicap issues.

This Burger King was quick and precise when it first opened. But now it moves at a snails pace. I had a Mobile order and I sat in line for 20 minutes only to be asked to come inside. There I stood an additional 10 minutes.
This place is a joke and they need to do better The Pinson Burger King should close their doors. Its the slowest store I’ve ever seen. It takes you hours to get your food and the service is horrible. The manager should be fired as their ratings have dropped. I’ll never order from this pos store again.

The crew at this location is phenomenal. However, I have been hugely disappointed and now very Leary and concerned. This is of no fault of the employees nor in a knowledgeable, coherent or way knowing what was found in the food from supplier or manufacturer. I found a plastic wire in my original chicken patty . Probably an inch and a quarter long. Inside the patty not the bun . I did report it. Did not ask for my money back or a new sandwich . Just wanted to be sure they were aware. I could have choked on that. I felt it in chewing upon my second bite. A original chicken sandwich plain add cheese.
