It’s probably been over a decade since coming here but I actually enjoyed the experience overall. The staff were nice and did a fine job. Not much of a wait and the food really wasn’t bad. The prices are what you expect but I got the Jack’s munchie meal and it gets you a good amount of food. This location is underrated and I would think about giving them a shot if you want some fast food in the area, especially since prices seem to be the same at all the fast food locations these days.

I come to this Jack in the Box all the time, and they never disappoint. Whether I order online or in person, my food is always hot, fresh, and made right. The staff is amazing, friendly, fast, and always on top of things. They recognize me when I go through the drive-thru (even though I probably shouldn’t be there as much as I am ), and that just makes the experience even better. This location is consistently great, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Nighttime staff sucks, if you’re going to come here, come during the day food is always better then. My burger looked like it had been stomped on, all the sauce is on the paper, and it was cold. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes and for 10 minutes I saw my order sitting on the counter. Not to mention they gave my order to someone else who opened it and when I asked if it had been opened, they said it hadn’t but the sticker was clearly ripped.

Had a drive thru order from this location this evening. After getting home a few things were incorrect on the order and didn’t get the exact things I ordered. After calling the store and speaking the nighttime shift lead Providence, she told me if I wanted to come back that evening or another day she would make it right and she apologized for it being incorrect. I returned to this location and not only did Providence remake the entire order to make sure it was 100% accurate, she also apologized and asked if there was anything else she could do to fix things. Providence took ownership and was very professional and polite and is the main reason we will come back to this location.

Drive-thru was extremely slow today.. waited approximately 9 minutes in the drive-thru line to get 4 tacos and fries. Pretty sad. The food was good, and they did get the order right at least. 3 stars because drive-thru should not take that long.

Just a blessing! This place; I broke down in front of this Jack in the Box I was so cold and I went in and Kevin, Connor and Dillan treated me with compassion and respect they even offered me water and a coffee.. I warmed up inside..so the future belongs to those that believe in the others. I definitely will come back.

I understand why the make you pull forward after you go through the drive through, but having to wait 30 minutes when there’s only 2 cars is unacceptable

My husband and I just “finished” our teriyaki chicken bowls…Unfortunately, there was like one veggie in the bowl and both bowls were drowning in sauce. Very disappointing and nothing like the protein bowl pictures (or years’ past).
