The food is OK I like the speed. But I have been through there three times and asked for hot extra crispy fries and I still get cold mediocre fries other than that I’d probably give them five stars. Got to my clients house and to recook the hotdog cause it was just cold in the middle

Had a steak and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and coffee. Biscuit was ok, hash brown was cooked in dirty grease. Almost 8 bucks. Im sorry. It just wasn’t worth it. Gotta due better.

Ordered breakfast and 2 hash rounds were left out of the bag. Called the restaurant and lady that answered, argued and stated there was 1 hash round in the bag. She needs to learn to count b/c that still didn’t make the order correct. All we called about was the hash rounds, however; the lettuce on our sandwiches was brown and we had to throw it away. The tea we ordered wasn’t sweet. We paid an extra $10 tip on this order. The receipt on the bag showed 2 hash rounds were ordered, so I know they seen it. Point of the matter is they forgot them, just make it right. Fix the order for your paying customers. Since, there customer service is poor, we will not be making anymore orders, again.

This was my first time trying this place and when I got to the intercom the girl was very rude and impatient when I was ordering then as soon as I made it to the window another lady was making my sandwich and she literally just threw my sandwich together and wrapped it up when I got my food my bun was falling off the side and I had like one little dot of mayonnaise it looked dirty where they made my food. I will never be eating here again

I eat here almost every morning. I absolutely love everything I’ve tried!! I can not think of one bad thing. Besides they are always busy because it’s so great!!!! Lol I love the cashier and how all the staff is friendly and ready to work. When people work hard it makes the place so much better they have team work like I’ve never seen before maybe if McDonald’s did they would do better. Lol I love this restaurant and would suggest it to anyone!!! Keep up the hard work!! And pat your selves on the back!!

After spending the morning in the hospital and unable to eat for 24+ hours with my wife, we were tired and WE WERE HUNGRY!!! We only stopped here because it was close to the hospital. Talk about a hidden diamond in the rough. We had to be very picky with what we ordered but the young lady at the register was patient and kind. After overhearing us making our long carefully chosen order the cook, a large man, a very large man, came to the front, introduced himself, and assured us that he would make our order to our liking… he certainly did keep his promise. The young man working out front (bussing I assume) even stepped up and got us salad dressing when he found out we needed some. I could go much more into detail about our pleasant experience but it’s just a review, not literature. It’s a rare occasion these days when you get such service and everyone treats you so well. What a great crew!!! We will certainly be back!
Oh, I almost forgot… the food was pretty good and was priced right.

I paid $8 for a chocolate milk and a biscuit. I couldn’t finish the food it was so bad. I didn’t have time to go back and talk to anyone. Wouldn’t recommend. The lady at the cashier was really nice though.

Tried the country ham & egg biscuit. Biscuit was light & fluffy country ham was good and no super salty. Fried egg was good as well. There was a line in the drive-thru but it moved fairly quickly. Remember though this is not a true fast food so temper your speedy exceptions. Service was good & they seemed super friendly. Looking forward to trying additional foods. I believe hours are 5 am to 2 pm with breakfast stop being served at 11 am.

Where’s the beef? As I ate my lunch at Don’s Char-Grill, I found myself quoting that iconic line from the classic 1984 Wendy’s commercial. And it is unfortunate, because this could have been a 4 star review. Let me explain. Before I get to the food, let me say that the price was good. The floor, however, was FILTHY. The staff at the counter was only marginally friendly, which is interesting because the establishment is unabashedly Christian. Now for the food. The food was actually really tasty. The fries were good, the onion rings were excellent—fresh, delicious, and not greasy, the burger toppings were really fresh and crisp, and the burger had a great charred flavor—true to the name of the restaurant. But the patty was Way. Too. Small. The excellent flavor was completely lost in the gigantic sesame seed bun. So I found myself longing for more of that flavor…and saying “where’s the beef?”
