Sauce Restaurant truly lives up to its name — just like sauce adds flavor to a dish, they’ve added flavor to our community in Pooler.
This Italian gem is perfectly located between Asian Kitchen and Taco Stache—almost sandwiched in the center, so you really can’t miss it.
We absolutely loved the ambiance, and the staff especially stood out. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive to the smallest details.
A special shout-out to Jordan, who was amazing. She remembered me from a previous visit, recalled exactly what I ordered, and even asked if I wanted the same thing again—impressive memory and excellent product knowledge. On top of that,
Jordan made a fantastic Old Fashioned that was perfectly crafted.

Per a recommendation I saw on tiktok, my husband and I decided to come here for our 13yr anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed. We paid a little extra to be sat in the back room. It was us and 1 other couple. It was worth it to have a semi-private quiet intimate dinner. We started out with their Bruchetta. It was so delicious I considered canceling my meal and just ordering more Bruchetta. I had lemon garlic penne with Chicken, which was fantastic. My husband had the Chicken Marsala, he said it was great but it goes better on mash potatoes than pasta. I had a special non-alcoholic fruity drink, but it tasted just like alcohol, it had a bitter after taste. I think it was apple, pear, and citrus. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We loved the food and atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back! We spent about $95 for the 2 of us (including tip and paying for the back room).

I had such a lovely time at The Sauce Italian Kitchen & Bar with my best friend. As soon as I walked in they had a pleasant atmosphere, but when we went into our seated area, I was amazed by the decor, lighting, etc. I ordered meatballs as an appetizer and it was delicious. It came with 3 meatballs, marinara sauce, cheese, and what I believe is basil on top. I also ordered a glass of wine and Chicken Parmesan as my entree. The chicken was fried and breaded perfectly and the marinara sauce made it even more better. The side salad that I order to go with the meal was fresh and I highly recommend their vinaigrette dressing for it! I can’t wait to return soon!

We had reservations in The Secret Sauce. Gorgeous interior design! Great for a date night or family outing. We loved that the full food menu was available with a speakeasy vibe.

Overall, the food was good! We felt that the table timing was great as well. Time crunch? You could still pull off dinner here.
Service was good. Where our server was not as available, another server stepped in and made sure our overall experience was solid. We really appreciated his helpful attitude. He seemed unprompted in checking on us as he picked up after his tables. His service came off very genuine and welcoming.
We had a few cocktails, in order of most favorable: Smoked Maple Old Fashion, a sour, Velvet Martini, and a blood orange repo drink. We’d drive across town for the old fashion! We felt that the blood orange cocktail was over-shaken (watery), which made the salt overpowering.
The only small recommendations we have (because we want to see this place continue to grow and succeed!) were closing the speakeasy door and the team being acquainted with the wine menu. I noticed that the branding was possibly “2 vibes”. Shutting the door would establish two vibes as intended. The wine list was extensive and the cellar was visible from The Secret Sauce. What a cool concept! Highly recommend. To be new, there’s so much they get right!

Came in on a Sunday around 3:30 and were seated immediately. Faith was our waitress and she was great. We had the spaghetti and meatballs with spicy marinara and added sausage, and a spicy carne pizza with hot honey (added) and everything was delicious. My pasta had plenty of sauce. I would come back.

Reasonably priced, friendly and attentive staff. Definitely recommend their pizzas! The sauce has a unique flavor that leaves you wanting more after each slice. We ordered the 14″ margherita and white sauce topping on their crispy, thin crust!

The Sauce is so good! We got the bruschetta and meatballs for apps, and both were delicious. They tasted fresh and flavorful and for the main dish, we got the pappardelle bolognese. Overall, it was amazing. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Service was friendly and the manager even checked in on us to see how everything was. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
