Went for the buffet, at 12:30 in the afternoon. We were told to take a seat anywhere, and the waitress would come take our drink order. After waiting for quite a while, I went to the front to ask for some service. She took our drink order, and my girlfriend and I headed to the buffet food. All of the pizzas looked like cardboard. Old, dry and just nasty looking. I went back up to the counter and told the girl to nevermind our drinks, and that the food looked disgusting, and that we were going to go eat somewhere else.

My wife and I were out on a weekend drive. Ended up in Grundy VA from Abingdon. We were hungry and stopped into this stand a lone pizza hut like we used to have in Abingdon. We have one now in a strip in the Food City shopping center. So by far the best pizza hut we have been too in years!!! The food was great, the hospitality was great. And the best experience we’ve had at a pizza hut in years. Would drive an hour and a half again and again to go to pizza hut. Talked to the gentleman running yesterday and said it had been there for 51 years. Let’s make sure this one is there for another 51 years. Y’all rock!!!

I placed a pretty big order today& my breadsticks were a little on the tougher side. I contacted them and Robert & Jennifer went above and beyond to make it right! Everything ended up being delicious. My coworker and I ate so much!! Highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!!

A friend of mine stopped and got a large pepperoni pizza from our local pizza hut ” Grundy Va ” and gave me a slice. Well to be honest i thought it would not be good do to the fact that they changed their sauce a couple of years ago. But to my surprise it was lk going back in time to the old pizza hut days when pizza hut was king of pizza. I thought it was a fluke so i bought one for lunch yesterday and it was great and so i bought another one for me and my wife today and yes it was great also. I normally don’t do reviews but i will give credit when credit is do. So if you haven’t tried pizza hut in awhile, GO BACK!!!!. I promise you will not regret it. Thank you Anthony and the crew at the Grundy Pizza Hut !!!!

I like that they always have all the items I order accounted for when I pickup order, every time I check my boxes its always there which is greatly appreciated. Their friendly as well which is a major plus! When you have staff that is friendly, gets the orders correct, it makes it do much easier, and this pizza Hut is doing a good job!

Didn’t know pizza hut still had buffets and I miss it coming from Pontiac, MI with all auto industries jobs gone overseas and a once blooming and beautiful place to live and now it’s just about mirror image of your interview with Paul. Congratulations to young cute lady with college education. I been in Las Vegas living life and was thinking about moving to WV or Virginia myself as a 43 yr gentleman looking for peace of mind with land full of nature. a great hardworking team. not too many young generation in the town that works but i appreciate the ones who are in this town. I traveled all the way from Idaho and so far i am in love with the finest hospitality out here. I will return to this pizza hut.
