Been going to this place for years. It’s like comfort food for me. I love the general tso chicken and their steak and cheese are always packed full and delicious. Wings are fresh, hot, and crispy. Their mumbo sauce always hits and has never changed. They do charge for extra for sauce but can’t even be mad about that because big chains are doing it too. It’s always the same lady that’s there and she even remembers my order.

Recently, the customer service has become sub par. The prices have increased. It makes sense to drive a few more minuets to a spot in Vist Gardens and pay for premium service and better food (or cook it myself). I’ll pay a little extra for better food and better customer service.

I used to order from here years ago when I lived in New Carrollton and decided that since I was in the area that I would order lunch today.. I ordered a large shrimp and broccoli extra sauce and the food is not even full to the top of the container.. I swear my right hand on the Bible that I have not touched this food yet and look what I paid almost $11 for:

I ordered 5 wings/w fries and asked for mu
mbo sauce on the side. Got to my car and there was no sauce in the bag. I go back to the register to ask for sauce and she tells me it’s in the bag. No ma’am. She gave me one sauce and told me I would have to pay $1 for any additional sauce. I spent over $30 bucks with this place and the service and attitude I received was unacceptable. We spend money with these people but yet we’re not respected or treated as if our dollars counts. Get them out our neighborhood. We can do better!

Lady was not so nice, I called to tell her my order was not right and she told me I had the wrong number, strange I got the number off the menu I took from the place! Anyway, they Obviously don’t know how to make fried rice. Anyone could look up a recipe, it’s easy. Scrambled eggs, baby carrots, peas, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil. Mix Together that is not what I received. Asked for pork egg roll and received shrimp and it only had 1 shrimp in it at the last bite, lucky I’m not Allergic to shrimp! I will never eat there again!!
