Authentic Peruvian food, freshly cooked and you can watch them make it. Order first and sit where ever you want. They bring the drinks, utensils and an appetiser soup , healthy and tasty, for dessert we had “Lucaman” ice cream(healthy). Plenty of parking

I always go to the “other” Inca place thinking its the definitive Peruvian place to dine, especially so because it was my first taste of the kind. However my last experience there (last week) resulted in a rather long delay after we ordered hence, I gave Inca Wasi a try today! Delightfully Impressive! I went for the Carne Picante and of course the Cola of the Incas, that total-sugar liquid concoction. Worth the wait, and it was not long at all, maybe <5min? Before diving in, they brought me that yummy green soup, aquadito, and I can say it was quite good, remarkably tasty and zipping with fresh-cut flavor with strips of tender chicken. Before I finished it, the Carne Picante came out steaming and ready to be devoured. There's a flavor though, maybe its the meat, I dunno, the curing, seasoning, texture, I dunno but damn it seemed like I was in Cuzco for a moment. I had that spicy green creamy sauce, and a side of their super "spicey" hot sauce but to no worries as I had an ice-cold Cola of Kings ready to put out fires. Inca Wasi was really good and surprisingly fast. I finished my meal and hope to come back and try their roasted chickens (it looks good!), Saltados and Calamaris! Great overall! I'll be back

This is your sign to eat here! We drove over an hour to try inka wasi and I would drive even more for this place. I was born in Peru so I can definitely say this is the best lomo I’ve had in the states since living here for over 20 years! Cannot wait to try more stuff on the menu next time.

Big fan of this place. Great place for a quick pick-up to go. Support local businesses!
The location is at the West entrance on Indian Peak Rd (behind Wells Fargo). The food is delicious. The roasted chicken is Sooo good! There are only about10 tables inside, but they also have a patio with heat lamps. Call ahead for to go orders. The soup is also a must try! I love the spicy green sauce. SHOP LOCAL

1st time here. We had 1/2 chicken plate was good with 1/2 cilantro and 1/2 couscous and a side of yuca. That was nice you get 2 sides. All good delicious. 1st time trying that yellow sauce. I’m going to google to understand what that was. My husband had the seafood rice. He liked it. Thanks for the unexpected little chicken rice soup broth. Nicely surprised we didn’t know it came with it. A little salty but ok. Next time I’d like to try the calamari if, I’m around the area next time. I hope you have Inca cola next time too. Thanks for your friendly service.

This place is great! I really really didn’t see any prices on the menus at all. For what I posted below is almost $23 – not including tip!

I asked for combo pollo and lomo. It was a nice mix!

Again – great food and awesome service. Just may not have to come here that much because of the rising prices…

The staff was great. Took a online coupon even though it was stated it needed to be printed. Then the food was fantastic. The chicken was moist and the spice went all the way through the meat. The green sauce is great on everything. We will be adding this place to our list of regulars especially when we want something different.

Great Peruvian food, fairly quick, considering how well it’s put together. The Lomo Saltado is a go-to for me at Peruvian spots, and it HITS here! The meals came with a delicious soup that looked simple, but was full of good clean flavor. We also had fried calamari to start, also good. Place is very clean, and not so formal, so easy to pop in alone or with a few friends to grab a quick QUALITY meal. P.s don’t forget to liberally apply the green sauce over everything and anything!!

Usually this place is ok, like a 3.5 or 4. But omg, whoever was cooking tonight needs a bonus. The calamari and octopus in the seafood fried rice was super tender. Like a high end, $50 for an appetizer type restaurant, and I say that from experience. The included soup was more flavorful than usual. And the picaronnes were less oily and more fluffy, plus I could taste the pumpkin more cleanly than usual. The only negative thing I can really say is that I’m worried that this may have been a fluke and my next visit may not be able to compare to this one. Again, to management, keep whoever was cooking sometime between 6:30-7:30pm April 18, 2025. They’re a keeper!
