I was there last customer of the night. They were nice polite and very attentive to my needs. This is probably one of the more friendly huddle houses I have been to and as a truck driver I think that says alot. I have only been in twice and both times were Togo orders but I think my experience would be the same eating in or taking out. Great place great people great food.

Went in while it was slow. It was stifling hot! As in I was sweating. Staff said they had to call someone to come change the temperature. The waitress was obviously very new and was not receiving any help from anyone but the cook. The other 2 staff were otherwise occupied in the corner or in the back.
They used a microwave at least 20 times while we were there for regular menu items or the veggie of the day that they should
have had cooked/warm. (This was dinner time; the busiest time of day so these items should have been ready to serve, not being warmed up in the microwave for each order) It appeared that nearly every order placed had to have at least one item microwaved.
We both had missing sides once we finally got our food. (Again, the waitress and cook were the only ones working. Both with one hand tied)
So it was hot, had to wait for our food, then wait for the rest of our food, received not great service because the new waitress had little/no support, food was okay, except for the heavy use of the microwave and did I mention I was sweating? Oh, and his “ribeye steak” looked like it came off a deli slicer and did not appear to be a steak at all.
Will not be going back!!!

I can’t say the quality of the food is great here by any means. It is a diner in Montezuma after all. However, the staff are nice and offer pretty good service, and they are very accommodating to special requests. I asked if they would make me chicken and waffles one time and the did. It wasn’t anything to write home about but it was edible.

They obviously need to hire more ppl to clean and take orders. I was there a little too long for the whole process of getting my order taken and then when my orders were taken it took the waiter too long to bring it up to me. They need to move a little faster. It was way too many dirty dishes on the tables and counters just sitting there. Food is still good though. The cook kept my food hot while the waiter/waitress looked all over it. Especially when the cook had to call them 2 or more times to come get my order. Smh

We eat here quite often. Service is great. The country fried steak with saw mill gravy, green beans, and mashed potatoes is tasty and way more food than I can eat. My hubby loves the hamburger steak with mushroom gravy over his fries and the steak. All the servers and cooks are friendly and go the extra mile to satisfy the patrons. Everyone’s favorite, Myles retired and soon realized he missed everyone so much he came back to work, making everyone very happy.

I ordered the chicken club and the cook didn’t give me the lettuce or tomato when I told them the cook went back into the kitchen after leaving it didn’t wash his hands but processed to put the veggies in a container and hand them to me. I rinsed them when I got home. But how wrong!!! I when I walked in to place my order because they would not answer the phone. The server took the longest to acknowledge me and take my order. I will start back forgetting they are open.

Not pleased, was there an hour or more waitress never came back to table my spouse joined us late, I ask waitress to please take his order after attempting to gain her attention several times and she responded with I haven’t even been able to get the last people that came in put in yet and a sigh of frustration as if it was a nuances. I wanted a coffee bc it was 55 degrees inside the restaurant but was never given a chance to order it. Just not happy! Which has not always been the case here. Until our last 2 visits

Have had good service in the past however the two guys working this night must have been dropped on their heads. Had a to go order called in 20 minutes earlier, get to establishment and they had no idea of my order after I stood there for 15 minutes without being spoke to. What a joke management!

Best breakfast I have eaten in a long time,very clean,no grease in my hash browns,eggs cooked just as I ordered, waffle fluffy and not hard, sausage cooked to perfection and biscuits with sausage gravy. Coffee was delicious not too weak nor too strong.staff is very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Huddle House in Montezeuma ,Ga to anyone down that way looking for a good meal. This place has handicap parking, bathroom is handicap accessible, building is handicap accessible. Friendly family oriented restaurant. Prices are very reasonable, food is better than waffle House which is their competition. Service is prompt, and you will not have to send for refills very attentive to customer.
