Today is the 3rd of 3 orders that have been messed up. This time I have an allergen (cheese) on my sandwich. It’s hit or miss with getting the sandwich cut; today was a miss. When I called last time to say they didn’t put tomatoes on, they offered to have the drier bring me tomatoes. Didn’t have time for that. No other offer of compensation. Today the website feedback option is not working. I’m ready to part ways with Jimmy.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind and helped me immediately. (Though there weren’t any other customers to distract them). I was in and out fast. The food is great and the pickles are amazing.

Jimmy John’s was a go-to spot for a quick quality meal during my travels nationwide. Like everything else, quality has gone down and prices gone up. The location in Janesville, WI is no exception. A regular #11 with chips was over $11. No suggestion to make it a meal deal (add a drink), Cashier not the friendly and helpful person I have become accustomed to at the JJ’s that I frequent. Toppings were definitely lacking, in fact disappointing! Only four tiny tomato slices. Didn’t cover the sandwich. Very disappointed! I guess that I’ll check out the competition in Janesville…

The young man taking orders was extremely rude! He kept huffing and puffing every time I added something or removed something. I ended up just leaving and not ordering because he was acting as if I was an inconvenience.

Place is an absolute joke. Order 34 dollars worth of food and they wouldn’t accept a 50 dollar bill for payment. They’d rather walk away from a sale than except us currency. I might’ve just met the dumbest people on the planet

Ok this isn’t something I normally do, I try to be all cool and not be a complaining karen leaving bad reviews.
Everyone working there is genuinely cool and chill except for this one lady, couldn’t find her name tag anywhere. Who’s the chick with the hair pulled back, nose ring and glasses? Hasn’t been my first time I’ve seen her attitude towards guests, she made me feel like a complete burden coming in when it wasn’t busy and she took my order, I couldn’t even give her eye contact since I was so uncomfortable. Was afraid to order anything else just in case it’d make her day worse somehow. I understand working fast food is never fun so still try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but…at some point things need to be said and addressed.
Sorry can no longer be nice about this issue since I’ve been emotional from losing my grandma just the other day. Hope something gets resolved soon.

Very disappointed in speed and service placed a online order called back 5 mins later to add a 2nd sub they said no problem took 45mins for delivery and only delivered the 1st sub with both subs on the receipt said they’d be back with the 2nd sub still waiting called the store no accountability taken. Not very freaky fast. Next time ill be getting subway.
