Today I ordered a cake cone and the lady working there came back with a waffle cone I said isn’t that a waffle cone and she yup your total is $4.25..i then said but I wanted a cake cone …she just stares at me and then says that will be $4.25. . unbelievable so I didn’t want to fight her and just have her the money. Then she shut the window and didn’t return with my change …I waited. Still nobody…wow. ok then. Very rude and horrible customer service. I go there all the time. And never had this issue. They are usually great but lately the service is disgusting

Seemed like a nice place. Had good ice cream. Lady serving was kind of a drag and then one of our shakes was way less full compared to the other and ordered a chai latte and they put coffee in it. Chai tea doesn’t/shouldn’t have coffee unless stated. Disgusting!
Edited to add when brought to their attention they did apologize and say that I am correct and it shouldn’t have had coffee in it. They also mentioned retraining their employee.

The bakery that was there was dry and hard. The service wasn’t good as (he didn’t wait for an actual order we were just asking questions about certain items). Though he offered to remake them we figured it was just a waste to do that. It’s a cozy place to sit and talk but it was very warm in there. We’re going to go someplace else the next time my girlfriend and I go shopping.

Nice little spot to get coffee, tea, pizza and various bakery goodies. My wife, an avowed coffee snob says their coffee is really good. There is outdoor seating. The drive up window is very handy.

We were excited to stop in and try this while we were in town as it isn’t too often you find a place to satisfy the coffee lovers and ice cream lovers at the same time. The menu selection was good and it’s a cute little shop. However, the service left me scratching my head. We were not greeted at all upon entering the store and instead received a “do you know what you want?” after a few minutes. We gave our order (2 shakes and an iced latte) and then waited patiently at the counter for our total. I asked if cards were accepted as payment and hardly even received a verbal response with the nod from the young lady helping us as she took my card and went around the corner to run it. When she returned she threw the card on the counter with a “here you go” and then turned around and walked away. No thank you, no have a nice day, just threw the card down and that was that. I was waiting for an “oh sorry” thinking the card falling on the counter may have been a mistake, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem that it was. I waited until I got outside to ask my husband his thoughts and he said “well, she threw the card at you” which seemed to confirm that I wasn’t just imagining the interaction.
Now I will say, the young lady appeared to be in the store on her own, so maybe it had just been a very long day or there was something going on in her life that she was having a hard time with. But I still walked away very surprised at our experience and unfortunately the iced latte wasn’t even a good one. Based on this experience we will not be back.
