This is a great location for ordering delicious pizza, and for that, it deserves the 5 starts I’m giving them. However, there is one drawback, and it has nothing to do with this particular store. It has to do with all PM locations in general. My order was through the Internet, and I chose to come pick it up at the store on my way over to my dinner. Normally, all my pizzas are in the rack by the door, and customers picking up their Internet-ordered pizzas collect their orders based on an honor system. This time, one of my the 3 pizzas I ordered was not there. Someone decided to steal one of my pizzas. The staff is aware that this is a problem, but they cannot police who picks up what. They found my order and redid my missing pizza. It goes without saying that this is a problem.

Where’s the meat & cheese? The last few times our Papa’s Fav pizza hasn’t had much meat or cheese on it & the crust is not as good as it used to be. We keep thinking it’s just a one time issue but it’s been ongoing. So disappointing.

Bad customer service and horrible pizza. I thought I would be a Papa Murphy’s customer forever but at this location I’ve had one bad experience after another. It’s unfortunate because the owner of this business is extremely great unfortunately the quality of employees is not so much yesterday I spent $15 on a pizza I wouldn’t have spent a dollar on you’ll see the picture below
