I was depending on whether to go here or not.Because of the reviews that I sent online then I noticed a lot of the reviews that are negative are from years ago. So I wanted to try it for myself. When I went in, the staff was attentive and very respectful. They got my food out very quickly. I ordered a pot pie some of their new mashed potato poppers and some of their new pop poppers. Everything so far is delicious. I would consider changing the rating.They have higher because people are not recently doing reviews on this because of the older reviews.. good place. Will be back.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered my dinner when I got home I noticed they did not put my pot pie in my bag .It took me 20 minutes to get home so I did not go back to get it but I called them and they’re going to give me a pot pie the next time I go back. That has happened a few times so check your order before you leave…… KFC has great food….

I show up for lunch. Haven’t eaten at one in years. They tell me it’ll be 20 minutes to cook me chicken at KFChicken. . . at lunch. Not a soul was in the dining room. I thought it was a joke. . . it is. Hard to believe they’re still in business.

Let me start with what was great. The customer service was top notch. The staff were very polite accommodating and professional. Give them credit for the 2 stars. As for the rest: Let’s start with them being out of breast, then they shorted my order 1 large fry. My sandwhich was shockingly tiny and has maybe a table spoon (as best) of sauce on it. The bun was hard, the meat thin and tough and dry. The biscuit was doughy as though it wasn’t cooked fully. To top it all off, no straws or eating utensils were included with the meal. This was my 1st experience with the newly built location. I expected much more.

The worst customer service experience. Multiple times we have went in and tried to order a bucket to be told they don’t have any dark meat “the truck did not come” until you go to leave and then they somehow found dark meat and you will just need to wait for it to cook. Which 30 minutes later it comes out, cold. Missing sides so make sure you check before you leave.
When you fill out their online survey and they call you the next day with an attitude that it was their truck and not an excuse. Just save your time and go to Popeyes. It’s better food anyway.

Ordered the 2 pc. Snack with x biscuit and 12 pc wings. I have to say the wings were excellent, they told me up front that it would be 13 minutes on the wings. Well worth the wait. The staff was top notch, very helpful. I give this location a 5 star rating. It’s almost impossible to find good BREADED HOT WINGS in Ashland City.
