Ordered 2 dipped cones (med & lg) via drive-thru. Pull up to window & teenage male takes our payment, then disappears for about 10 min. We see him emerge & he starts stocking supplies, ignoring us. Then he starts working on the order for the vehicle that pulled up behind us. He glances out the drive-thru window & sees me glaring at him. We’ve now been there 18 minutes. He reappears 2 min later with our dipped cones, both small!

Stopped in for blizzards and a strawberry shake in the drive thru. They even gave our dog a pup cup. We waited a little long, but it was worth it because everything tasted good.

I eat tacos several times a month and they are always good. Tonight on Labor Day they were not even hot! I live about 2 miles east so they don’t have a long way to come. Tonight on Labor Day they were not good!! The meat was cold, not even warm. The kitchen did not take care of business. Sad state of affairs for DQ Graham!

Called in my order. Told the young lady what i wanted. Got hung up on. Called back and told the person you didn’t ask my name or when to pick up. I came in to pick up my order young lady was rude and short with me. Now on the up side my taco salad was good no complaints on food .

Very clean. Nice employees even brought food to our table. Our ice cream was prepared nicely, not slopped into containers. I wish my local DQ was this nice.

My order is never right from there. One time I got bottom bun and lettuce no meat cheese or too bun. Tonight ordered 2 cheese burger jr with mayo, tomato. Got burger with mustard and all the other veggies! Went through drive through. Going to start driving into town. People do have allergies to some vegetables (food). Got to be more careful plus got fries when I told them 3 times no! The speaker in drive through is very hard to hear on.

I love DQ don’t get me wrong but you gotta love biting into your burger and pulling out long black hair, which amazes me as the cook had short silver hair, I was the only one who came in to place a to go order….. I’ll guess I’ll come back when you are busy?

Went in and ordered a number 10( the dude). Well I got my order and the order took it down wrong and gave me tacos. I had told him he got the order wrong and then just walked away, so we took the tacos to the counter and told him it was wrong. We waited and waited and he was not wanting to fix HIS mistake. So we went to the counter to get a refund and he said he had to call his manager because “he knows what he’s doing and I had ordered the tacos”. It was like pulling teeth to get my refund for the tacos.
My husband had ordered tacos with no lettuce and he got his tacos, with lettuce. The worker was very rude and just wasn’t going to deal with us. I ended up getting a refund, just not the full refund for the tacos I didn’t order.
