The food arrived cold, and to add to my disappointment, the drink was also missing. Even more frustrating was that the fire sauce was absent despite being listed on the receipt. Some may overlook such lapses. I will no longer order from Taco Bell. Today marks the end of Taco Bell, and I will give Del Taco a try. I’m genuinely disappointed!

Well they got a new menu item. Loaded nachos. I asked for the guac and sour cream on the side, but unfortunately I have to ask because there’s no button on the nachos to customize it. If you’re going to make me do the work, make it easy for me. Nope everything was on it. Dang guys! I don’t want to talk bad about Taco Bell, but come on. I’m the one who is eating it, at least make it the way I like it PLEASE

Order is always wrong. Even items without modifications come without all ingredients that are supposed to be in there, i.e I just bought a beefy 5 layer with a few modifications. Their beefy 5 layer originally comes with 5 layers of ingredients- my burrito only came out with beans and shredded cheese. Not at all what I asked for. They forgot another item in our order as well.

This is easily the worst Taco Bell in town. Consistently messes up orders. They don’t care and corporate Taco Bell doesn’t care either. Why do we go here? I’ll give you an example from tonight. Ordered the supreme taco meal, received regular tacos. They forgot my bean burrito and had the audacity to call it a “remake”. I know it’s a bunch of kids who don’t care but does the owner have pride in the business? I know calling and yelling at some kids won’t do anything, this won’t either, but at least screaming into the void on Google makes me feel better. I won’t be back but someone else will… and so it goes on and on and on…

I ordered a Chicken Power menu bowl to go and the portion size was unbelievable when I got home and opened it. See for yourself in the photos, I just mixed everything together and moved around the items just to get the idea for someone viewing the photo. And this was before eating anything from it. There is enough space in the bowl to host a Super Bowl! I paid 7+ dollars for this and this is not what I expect. If they are short on ingredients or something, just say they are out of that item. Never going back.

I ordered on the app at 4:50pm. Arrived in the mobile drive thru window at 5:30. Sat there until 6pm. Turned around and went inside to pick up my food. I only ordered a Mexican Pizza and a beef burrito. They said they didn’t have my order. The girl at the front was nice and there were a lot of people complaining. She took a picture of my order and said they never got it. I sat and waited another 45 min. It was almost 7pm when I left! I got home and opened my box and got the worst food I’ve ever had! Please coach and work with your staff. I never complain. I heard one employee say that customers were lying about their wait time…they definitely were not making that up!

One of these were supposed to have tomatoes. And From the looks of it, it only has about 2 potatoes on it. The manager could’ve been a lot nicer about the situation. She pretty much said there was nothing wrong with our order, AND SHE SAID SHE GAVE ME A EXTRA BURRITO FOR FREE!!!! (Which would be 4 burritos). I wish that were the case because if so, I wouldn’t be complaining. I ordered 3 burritos and got 3 burritos.

Update: I placed a mobile order for the future (2 hours ahead of time), when I went to pick up the food it was cold as if it was made right when I placed the order.
Old Review: I didn’t have that extreme of a negative experience here as other reviews mention. The food was made correctly and with care. Unfortunately though I asked for hot and fire sauce and got Diablo and fire sauce twice. Not sure how it’s possible to confuse hot and Diablo sauce packets. Also be careful, you cannot get to this from the main road and need to turn into the Walmart.

Some locations are better than others, this one went a little skimpy on the lettuce and pico, but it was still one of the better ones I’ve been to, a nice new taco Bell
