I have been to this spot too many times and the food there is always good. To be fair I have only ordered one plate and never tasted anything else since i am a picky eater. Whenever I go there I order Carne Assada with white rice, pinto beans and fries and they never disappoint. The portions are large and I am usually able to eat it in two different meals or share with someone else for one meal.

A convenient spot for ordering local food. It’s homemade & filling perfect for groups or families. The food taste is simple nothing too fancy but it does the job if your hungry. Our family ordered the 1/2 chicken & 2 sides. Beef stew & two sides plus a flan that unfortunately got too heated in the delivery to be pictured. Happy Labor day weekend, I’m not cooking!

Standing there for more than 5 minutes, employees walking around restocking food, one person was making pupusa, one standing at register, I stood under the sign”order here”, nobody come to help me. Later a guy who speak Spanish behind me talked something to the guy, then the guy starts to prepare his food, everyone at the counter just ignored me. I just walked out.

The beef soup tastes good but the servers always choose to put the fatty portions into my bowl. I had to tell the server to remove the 3rd slice because it was all fats!

We tried to order a delivery, and it was near their closing time. So they had to reject the order, which i completely understand. But they are actively refusing to offer the actual refund of the order despite them never actioning it. Its been 4 days, we have confirmation with our bank and the delivery service that its on the vendor and they are choosing to delay it for their benefit. Be warned! Im sure the food is great but this is stupid.

The food is not bad at all but god the customer service is terrible. The manager is so rude and I speak full Spanish, it can’t be a language thing. People from my country are not this rude. This guy will walk away in the middle of the order and not say a thing. Some manners wouldn’t hurt this place. Or at least hire new staff that don’t act like they’re doing you a favor by charging you for food that YOURE BUYING. Customer service will drive the right customers away and bring the wrong ones in.
