⭐ Review for Chatore Indian Cuisine ⭐
I stopped by Chatore Indian Cuisine and the atmosphere was definitely a highlight. The place is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the customer service was great — everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in.
The food, however, was a bit mixed for me. The rice looked nice but was missing flavor and came out a little plain. The butter chicken had a decent texture but didn’t have that strong, rich flavor I’m used to at other Indian restaurants. Most places I’ve tried have a deeper red/orange color with more spice and seasoning, but this one was lighter in color and lighter in taste.
The naan bread was also different from what I expected. Instead of being soft, fluffy, and warm on the inside, it came out thinner and tasted more like Greek pita bread.
Overall, great people and great atmosphere — just wish the flavors were stronger and more traditional. Hoping to try them again in the future to see if things improve!

The food was absolutely amazing! This is what true Indian food tastes like. I’m so glad we decided to try this new place. The chicken biryani was full of flavors. This is a family owned business and they are all so kind. It was one of my family members birthday and they made it extra special just for her and it just added an even better experience ♥️ thank you guy for the amazing service you don’t see that a lot in other restaurants we will be back!!

This has been my go-to place ever since they opened. Every dish is served with love and is full of flavor. As a vegetarian, I can only comment on the veg options. My absolute favorites are the Amritsari kulcha, nutri kulcha, bhature chole, aloo tikki, bhalla papdi chaat, and momos from the appetizers.

So let’s talk about new taste in town name ‘CHATORE’ meaning of this word is foodie, or food lovers. I’m such a foodie and for the authentic food taste, I can drive and go anywhere around.
This place has a best authentic taste of Punjabi Indian in the city of Fresno. The owner is very humble, kind person and the business owner with zero ego. He serves the food with warm welcome, with smile. You can see in his eyes, how passionate he is about his food love. He knows what he’s doing and he’s doing with right way.
I’m my conversation with him, I find out how many spices he use for preparing his dishes. he use the real theory, the old techniques . I know, because I’m also a great cook. Let talk about most delicious dishes they served to me and my most favorite Amritsari kulcha and Ladoo karare. Both dishes reminds me the authentic Punjabi food, the food full of flavors, the freshness, and the taste.
In the whole California they make best Amritsari kulcha. Bhaji keep doing whatever you are doing now, keep the same taste. More power to you we love your food, see you soon.

Chhole bhature and amritsari kulcha is a must try though we had to add some salt to chhole but worth a try. Their falooda was okayish ( you can skip it).
Aloo tikki was also not good and not crispy.

Tried it for the first time and it was pleasant , friendly and smiling staff , Komal in particular took good care of us . And the owner , Kiran too was very lovely to talk to .
We ordered few things , Cholley bhature , Amritsari kulchey and their masala chai , were very yummy infact one of the best in town .
Rest of the food was alright , I have eaten better paneer tikka and garlic naan in town .
We’ll definitely return back to try their other food options. Wish them good luck .

Just tried 4 new items off their menu & had an amazing takeout experience! The food was super flavorful ♡ especially the Veggie Noodle Burger ♡ and everything tasted so fresh and authentic!
