I believe the issue could have been easily resolved by the manager, but his handling of the situation was very poor. I ordered a plate and a cub meal, and when we got to the window, the woman informed us that it would take three minutes to cook some chicken, which was fine. We then followed her instructions to park and waited for about five more minutes, but nothing happened.
When I saw the manager walk out, I noticed he handed our order to the car behind us, as there was a car in front of them also waiting for food would obviously mean they were first in line to get their order. After waiting for another two minutes, I decided to go inside to inquire about our order. They told us that our food had just been given out. We mentioned that it must have gone to the car behind us, and then they informed us that they were out of the chicken again and asked if we wanted to wait for a new batch.
Throughout this entire process, the manager, who had made the mistake of handing out our food incorrectly, never spoke to us or apologized for the error. Frustrated, I requested a refund and asked for my points to be returned to my account in the app. The manager remained silent. Normally, I don’t like to complain, but this was just handled so poorly.

This is a great location. It took a minute to get our food. The place was clean and had friendly employees. The bathrooms were clean and they had warm water. If you are in the area I would suggest this location

Panda in American Fork is fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff, setting the stage for a delightful dining adventure. The team member who served us was wonderful, engaging with my family and making us feel truly valued. It’s those little things that make a big difference.
As a Panda-loving family, we couldn’t wait to dive into our favorite orange chicken, and it was just as delicious as all the other Panda locations we frequent. Perfectly cooked with that signature tangy sweetness, it’s the taste that keeps us coming back. My wife and kids enjoyed their choices too, adding to our culinary joy.
The atmosphere at the American Fork location is welcoming and well-kept; I couldn’t help but notice the clean floors and, as I do, I checked the restrooms, which were spotless and well-maintained.

YUM! Don’t you just want to EAT this picture I took! I dined IN and I have to say: CHLOE keeps the tables, seats, tray returns in top form! No worries about deciding where to sit to eat! SUGHRA was amazingly PATIENT with me, reassuring me that the FIRE COOKED STEAK & SHRIMP is spicy, but not too hot (not as hot as General Tso’s chicken!) The FOOD! The STEAK was generous large, juicy, perfectly cooked chunks and the SHRIMP was perfection! This is my new FAVORITE PANDA MEAL! ADAM, you have a GREAT CREW there at Panda!

Great experience here at Panda in American Fork. Service was top notch, they even came over after we ordered to make sure everything was good. Orange chicken is different…but it was still really good. Not sure why everyone is making a big deal about it haha. Overall a solid experience and good food.

Literally the worst “fast” food experience ever. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. We get up to the window they tell us to wait for our food around the corner by the umbrella. We were waiting on mushroom chicken. We then waited another 25 minutes before my husband finally went in and our food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The employees acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. I think they completely forgot about us outside. The inside was completely empty. I would be more understanding if it was super busy inside and out.

The dishes were not very hot and we ate just after pickup (on the tables outside). The Angus Steak was barely warm and was a little off compared to normal. Other than that, it was enjoyable. Staff was friendly. Order was ready before estimated pickup, which is always a plus and a minus if you like hot food (which I do). Have had better food quality at this location before, so benefit of the doubt.

Well this is twice I tried them once more big mistake.. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice and the rice was so hard you could not eat it was like plastic in chunks of hard disgusting waste of 12.00 dollars. Last time I came here I had hair in my food and they threw a fit for me wanting my money back they kept saying I’ll make you another plate.?? Why would I want another plate of hair???? Gross this location needs training on cooking and hair nets. One star is too much… 0 until they work on food safety
