My wife and I recently visited Sankalp in Nashville and had a fantastic meal. The food was beautifully presented—especially the Pani Puri served in shot glasses, which was a fun highlight. We really enjoyed the Vada Pav, which tasted authentic, alongside the perfectly crispy Dosa. The Manchow soup and Fried Rice were also flavorful and comforting. We highly recommend this spot for anyone craving genuine Indian flavors!

We stopped by this place during a Tesla charging break — and what a delightful coincidence it turned out to be! Just a few steps away from the station, we discovered this absolute gem of a restaurant.
We ordered the vada pav, and it instantly took us back to Mumbai with its authentic taste and perfect spice balance. The masala dosa was wonderfully crispy, served with flavorful sambar and two delicious chutneys.
But the true star of the show was the biryani. It arrived sealed with a layer of bread on top — a beautiful touch that kept all the aromas locked in dum-style. Every bite was fragrant, rich, and incredibly satisfying.
A must-visit spot if you’re in the area — we’re so glad our charging stop led us here!

Great place for some Indian food, has a lot of variety and options like Indo-chinese, north Indian, Indian street food, and of course south Indian as well. Everything felt freshly prepared and tasted delicious to my Indian tongue. Try Sizzling Brownie as your dessert at this place.

Everything was amazing. Food was delicious you can choose your own spice level. The place was very welcoming and warm. My husband and I had a wonderful time there! Food came out a great timing. Great vegetarian chooses and non vegetarian. They have the menu well prepared.

This place used to be Curry & Tikka. The servers and their service are great. Really kind and hospitable. No complaints on that. The ownership change to Sankalp brought with it a new menu. The variety of food is great. The presentation is good – the silver glassware and pink plates are nice. Sadly, the flavors are good, but not a wowzer. However, the biggest drawback are the prices that are way higher than other comparable Indian restaurants. Quite frankly the portions are not that great. I was tempted to try some of the foods on the menu but was disappointed by the flavors and quantity that did not match up to the price.
